Two words: ask politely. Act somewhat apologetic and acknowledge that the provider may not be able to make it that soon. You might need to text multiple people. Look for ads saying the user is available 24\7. Avoid ads saying they prefer early scheduling. And of course, flag the flake here on CoM.
