i haven't read all the responses so forgive me if this has been said, but i always advise anyone who wants to get into the gym or change their diet or anything to spend time also working on your perceptions about bodies. it's admirable to want to get in shape and be fit, but thinking that a "nice" body means the same thing to everyone or that it will confer some special peace or acceptance or finally make you like your body, you're mistaken. In my experience, what I find to be the most organic and comfortable is to meet the client first, we have some fun solo and then decide on a 3rd we both agree on. Three complete strangers meeting for the first time can be a sticky situation. I outlined my travel plans (including flight times and number of nights away) and described the destination, the hotel I had in mind and the local activities I envisaged. I was always clear about what I expected by way of companionship and regular physical intimacy.
