One provider told me that advance bookings, for him anyway, have about a 75% cancellation rate. He much preferred same day bookings.

Having read all these posts I have two thoughts: You guys in NY are so lucky to have a place like this. And I really liked the responses the manager gave to the various comments and complaints. Just keep going guys. It's the only way they'll stay in business, obviously.
