How many calories are there in all these latest offerings and how much salt? In general I avoid all fast food for the high levels of these health killing factors.

I Tried Arby's New Angus Cheesesteak
Amanda Mactas They have the meats—and now Arby's is leaning even harder into that reputation with a new sandwich that might actually get some Philly heads to turn. Beginning June 15, the chain is adding a new Angus Cheesesteak to its permanent menu.
The sandwich is built with seasoned, thinly sliced 100 percent Angus steak, melted white American Cooper Cheese, and thick-cut caramelized onions, all on an Amoroso's sesame seed sub roll.
As someone who was stoked when Arby's rolled out its much-talked-about steak nuggets last fall and those sweet and spicy BBQ sandwiches last spring, I was ready to get my hands on the chain's latest sando. And following the limited-time return of Arby's smoked brisket menu, this new cheesesteak feels like another strong move that goes above and beyond what you'd expect out of your typical fast food sandwich.
The cheesesteak hits all the notes you want in the beloved classic and actually tastes more like something from a local mom-and-pop shop than from a national fast food chain. The steak was well-seasoned and perfectly cooked, pairing beautifully with the creamy, melted cheese and onions. It all came together in a way that felt rich and genuinely satisfying—and if you didn't guess already, I devoured the entire sandwich in a matter of minutes.
My only complaint is that I wanted more filling, if only because I wasn't ready for it to be over.
To celebrate the launch, Arby's Rewards members can score one of 100,000 free Angus Cheesesteaks with a $10 purchase beginning June 17, while supplies last. If I were you, I would not wait too long.

A more accurate way to look at this is using the annual cycle of life rather than the calendar year. Spring clearly is birth and Winter becomes death.
Using those 80 years, Spring is birth to 20 which is closely aligned to physical human growth and development. The Summer of our lives is 20-40 where everything is meant to thrive. By Autumn, 40-60 we slowly begin our maturity, start drying and greying and wrinkling so that by Winter, 60-80 we eventually shrivel up and die.
A recent article about men's health said on average that 65 is the major turning point for cellular functioning, whereas the peak was decades prior, at around 65 there started a noticeable downward ski slope decline.
You can choose to admit it or not, but 66 is definitely within the Winter of your life. BUT as we all know, some Winters are long and drawn out and full of cozy fires and steamy sex.

In my family, it is not unusual for a woman to live past 100, but I know of only one male who ever made it to 90. I am not eager to break that record.

My doctor told me lately that he'd been able to eliminate starvation as a threat to my health. Then he said my skin was enlarged.

I saw my doctor today for my semi annual checkup and he said on paper I looked good. Based on my blood tests. !!!
I told him I felt less than perfect given my advancing age , 79, but I told his nurse I was still having sex on a regular basis.
I have an appointment to see him next January so that’s good. Just need to keep on truckin.

I do a lot of historical research and this involves looking at old census records. One of note I came across was the record of a man taken in 1861. His age was given as 106 and the census taker wrote “wow” in the margin beside the man’s name.
One of that man’s descendants was a second cousin of mine who lived to 98, dying after a fall in 2020. So the idea longevity is related to genes has some traction.

Speculating in stocks or even a broader sector fund promising high returns like a casino is the problem, not the solution. You won't be able to recoup your losses and pay off your debts by hoping for a big win in the stock market using more leverage. If this has been going on for years, you may benefit from some professional help to break the cycle.

I am regularly in big red in stock market since 5 years. My strategy has always been tech & biotecch stocks, but I am always at buy high sell low cycle with a regular losses. From 2021 I am down ~175k, I have burn a lot of cash ... and that is having an impact on all aspects of my finances & mental health including paying off CCs.
I have group of friends who are super successful, atleast thats what they share. I am a regular loser in this. When I ask for any stock tip, it has always resulted into buy high and sell at a loss :(. Not sure why I was blind sided by MU, SNDK and other stocks when I was burning cash on other useless tech stock like in Quantum from past year.
Now with these losses, I am thinking I should have invested in EFTs and good one like VGT or SMH instead ... I am left with no cash .. and no way to come out of this big hole ... even mortgage is getting into a problem ... I haven't mentioned LoC I had to tap into for divorce ... I am in cycle of debt and not coming out of it ... None of stock buys from past years to save, invest and replenish has worked so far ...

Sell the stocks and repay the debt immediately. Do not take a 401(k) loan to cover this. The money was borrowed for a specific purpose that no longer exists and using it for speculative stock trading was already a mistake. Keeping it tied up in a losing position only makes things worse.
This is a personal loan from someone you know and failing to repay on time risks damaging the relationship and your reputation. Your own track record shows that chasing a turnaround in stocks has not worked for you and continuing to hope for a quick recovery is closer to gambling than investing.
The loss hurts but selling now stops the bleeding and lets you move forward. A smaller remaining portfolio is far better than letting this situation create a bigger financial and personal problem.

The expensive lesson you should learn is to keep it simple and invest in a total stock market fund, which is up 10.5% YTD, so the market is doing just fine. Unless you're Warren Buffett, stock picking is little better than gambling, which your pattern suggests. You used borrowed money to try to make up the loss after the "hot" stocks you invested in tanked. Violating your commitment and taking a 401K loan hoping that your stocks will bounce back in a short time is repeating the initial mistake of using the borrowed money to try to make back your loss. IMHO, it's more important to break the cycle. Keep your commitment to yourself not to take out any more 401K loans and accept the loss even though it will be painful in the short run. Take this as a hard reset. Once the debt is paid and the stress subsides, you can build back the right way.

I used to play with my cat this way. She was very indulgent and I could toss her whichever way as she trusted me completely, like the cat in this video.

Spurred by curiosity, I checked the Rentmen listings for Istanbul, and they are extensive - 300+. And with some exceptionally handsome and muscular morsels from which to choose. Not sure how comfortable I would be in hiring as some of the men would fit a dicktionary definition of entrapment. On the other hand, there are several I wouldn't mind sharing a cell with. But then images from Midnight Express creep in and I think, Naw, I don't think so.
But if the government is as homophobic as some would say, I don't see how such an overt display of ads for man-to-man meetups would escape the authority's notice and up-close scrutiny. As theologians might declare, 'tis a mystery!
By contrast, the Moscow listings are understandably sparser. Must take lots of courage, cups of dumbness, or gallons of desperation to openly advertise in such an oppressive environment.

I agree that with big parties it’s good to allow arrivals at various times and to allow people to leave early too otherwise what tends to happen is no one wants to cum until the end. If you have guys ‘dropping in’ there will be those who are happy to cum and go so to speak. It keeps things fresh and interesting.
Also with larger parties you need a few play rooms because it allows a separate groups to get going. Guys can join the group they like. Important to have a rule of ‘no closed doors’: all play areas must be accessible to everyone.
It’s simpler to have a rule of ‘only bareback’ sex or ‘only safe’. That way everyone knows where they stand.
Finally the best parties I’ve been to have had a wristband system where the colour of your wristband denotes your role preference. Wear one on your ankle too because in a pile of bodies it’s sometimes not possible to see a guys wrist 😉

Even in the 18th century, many lived into their 80’s and even 90’s. John Adams and Thomas Jefferson both born before 1750 lived to be 90 and 83, respectively. The main drivers for extending life expectancy over the past 200 years have been clean water and effective sewage and reductions in childhood and maternal mortality, aided by effective vaccines in the 20th century. All of those early deaths skewed the mean life expectancy downward.
As a species, we have the genetic endowment to live past 80 and many of us are still kicking ass well past 65.

OMG! That means my mother was an old lady when I was born! (she was 39, and I was her first child). I, on the other hand, believed in starting everything young: I came out as gay at 17, had settled down with my partner at 25, and retired at 60.
