I think the client got cold feet and canceled, something I would expect that often happens with first-time hirers. I prefer to keep things efficient with fewer messages. My initial message states my interest and asks about availability, location, and rates. If that looks good, I direct them to my complete profile and ask if they’re comfortable with it. A positive response closes the deal quickly.

The client flaked.
Thats what went wrong. 

His rates must have gone up.   He used to "only" charge $500 for taking him to dinner (no sex).  This kid must really think he is all that.  

I’ve been dealing with the same thing lately. So far this year, one provider showed up late to two different sessions, 20 minutes late the first time and 40 minutes late the second. Needless to say, there won’t be a third appointment. Another provider confirmed a mid-afternoon session that same morning, only to cancel two hours before. Then there was another who kept changing the meeting time throughout the day until I finally got tired of the back and forth and canceled altogether.

Cut the cord. To be fair, say if they don't arrive by X o'clock, the session is cancelled. Don't give them more than 15 more minutes.
For regulars you can be more open, but if they flake and ghost, drop them.
Last time that happened to me, the guy claimed his phone ran out of power. I informed him his replacement was already on the way. It's a buyer's market, and escorts need to understand they're competing with a loooot of other providers.

We have US, and in Destinations we have the Americas South of the US, Europe, etc. 
How about creating a separate Canada section? Good idea?

I had that happen to me for the first time about three weeks ago. It was a new provider, profile less than four months old, asking for my full name, address and  what I do for a living. WTH???. I just thanked him for his time and wished him a nice day.

One guy said he had to see my test results (both stf and covid) with my full name. I blocked him. 
 
First, this is a massage. Second, I am positive you are not hipaa compliant. Just weird imo. 

I gave them a first name but I said I was not comfortable giving a last name. He instantly shut the conversation down saying "If I'm not comfortable giving my full name, then he's not comfortable being alone with me."
He said he was gonna enter my name in his "Vagaro" system. I'm like.. yea.. no..

Seems odd to ask. But also just give a fake name so it's not a big deal.

Reached out for a meeting while I was in his city for a stopover. He responded within a reasonable amount of time and we agreed on a time.
Day comes, he messages saying that he overslept. No problem, I thought. Then he strings me on—“Won’t be long!” “Still okay? It’s a 30-minute drive”—for another hour before I realized what was going on. Got some food instead and made the best of the remainder of my time in Montreal.
I regret choosing him over another provider, who was a complete sweetheart.

I just saw this guy and would definitely NOT recommend.  He is probably 75 pounds heavier than in his ad. I should have left when he opened the door.  He has zero skills or personality and I ended up walking out.  DM for more details.  Disgusting.

None of the escorts I'm in touch with ever require this. It (understandably) makes people feel judged. As @DznNYC, they aren't real escorts. I'd suggest looking for providers that are well-reviewed here, or at least have lots of RM reviews.

I have to agree with the others.  I just saw Trevor and he is the real deal.  One of my best hires and I've been doing this a loooong time.  He seems to be trained, is a really nice guy and knows his way around a man's body very well.  A true pro.  He was ready early and sent me a thank you note after our session.   A rare find in my opinion.  
 

I’ve had a session switch to just a therapeutic massage session at that moment.  That was a smooth way to finish out the time booked.

Follow the lead of the client.  Look for body queues as to what it is they want. For eg. If they get up and get dressed, I mirror that energy. If they get up to do after sex pee, I stay as is, and encourage a cuddle, but if they then start getting dressed - so do I. I never start 'packing up' until the client does. 
Yeah sometimes the energy in the air is 'i want this guy out so I can get on with my day now'. Some guys as soon as they blow their load - it is over. they start thinking about their wives, and guilt comes in. The session was purely about sex and nothing more. Others are craving intimacy and connection, and pillow talk is a big part of that.You have to learn to be acutely aware of what they are wanting. Often client will not come out and say it, we have to read body language. 
This is SO IMPORTANT. Sometimes I worry that clients think I am stalling or trying to stretch time out, but in truth - I am building up tension, sussing out what they are interested in REALLY, learning a bit more about them, looking to find things in common. I am not a clock watcher, the hour is over whenever it naturally ends (within reason) - but the ice breaking at the beginning always leads to a better session. 

Whatever you want it to be. Remember, we're paying for time, not sex acts.
