I had a younger guy I hired once and he was new to the business. He could not get it hard despite us trying a lot of different things. I have done this before and sometimes you do end up with some hidden gyms. However I have hired knowing going into it that I was not going to be physically attracted to the person. However it can still be interesting and fun. I would never over pay for that situation but it has its place. Agreed Craigslist was the best. I used that when it was available far more than the professional sites. Far fewer flakes in my opinion as well. Remember AOL and the men4men? You normally had someone looking for work and if not you could post u were looking to hire. So much easier.
