I understand what you say about performance anxiety (or "nerves"). I'm a top only and I love to fuck a good bottom in various positions - the one position I hate is being underneath the bottom.

 

I'm old now but as to performance/Cialis, I find that if the bottom is my ideal (affectionate, masculine and handsome, 21-30, compliant with a ripped, athletic physique) I can top vigorously for a long time without any pharmaceutical help.

But if conditions are less than perfect, I use 10mg Cialis about 2-3 hours before fucking. For me, it guarantees a stronger erection during foreplay and helps me to fuck for longer (especially if the bottom is tight).
