In My Line Of Work, I See Actors With Many Addictions. From Sex Addiction, To Alcoholism, Steroids, All The Way To Hardcore Drugs. Seeing This Post Made Me Feel Good That Some Are Able To Fight For Themselves & Believe In Themselves Enough, To Want A Better, Cleaner & Healthier Life. Addiction is such a difficult thing to overcome. It's oh so easy to fall off the bandwagon.

 

Those that stick through it regardless of what it it is they're addicted to have my admiration.

Drugs are a vicious, evil being, that from the moment it enters your body, wants nothing short of your life. It doesn't care who you are, how rich you are, how famous you are, or who you think you are, it simply wants to kill you, and will not stop until you are dead. In many respects, he is on a battlefield. God bless him.

I celebrated my 33rd anniversary back in March. All done one day at a time. Sometimes 5 minutes at a time. It's always good to know of fellow travelers on this road, no matter where you find them.

I stopped smoking and drinking in excess thirty-five years ago. Still totally embarassed by all the blackouts I had from drinking way too much. Even worse were the next days when I had no idea what I said or did. Glad there's a place where I can be completely honest (including my own photo beside this message).

It is indeed. It echoes the upper right of this widely used figure in alcohol and addiction therapy, which in my experience (10 months sober at the moment) is spot on.

I know it's not something that could realistically ever happen (for all kinds of reasons) but I gotta say, if there was a category for "sober" (other than "never" for drugs) in the escort ad template, I would likely aim to hire exclusively along those lines... It can really be a tricky thing to read for.
