I was checking out the Tripadvisor reviews for a historic schoolhouse converted into a small inn. This was actually in one of the reviews:

 The room was spacious and comfortable. There was popcorn, coffee, and snacks available on the floor. 

It seems the housekeeping might be questionable so if I decide to stay there I'll probably check out some of the local restaurants when I'm hungry.

I saw this comment in a political blog, about a politician whom some consider to he dull and unmemorable but who has risen to a position of considerable power. It seems perfect for a dependable yet unremarkable person, reliable in most circumstances but who fails to inspire. 

'He looks like the guy in the photo that comes with the frame.'

I guess I found it childish. Like a child’s obsession over cookies. And the cookie monster.
