How do you do that?  The only sign up I can find is for advertisers.

It is a terrible design.  

1. Go to an ad you like. For example:  https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/52971/
2. Click the heart button to save a favorite.  If you don't have an account, you'll be prompted to create one.

LA has literally been Tijuana for a while now, or maybe you don't venture much outside of west hollywood/west la enclaves? 🤣🤣🤣
