It's tough to enter and leave Costco with just $100 nowadays, especially in CA.  I'd love to hear your story if you are successful in your search.

How do you do that?  The only sign up I can find is for advertisers.

It is a terrible design.  

1. Go to an ad you like. For example:  https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/52971/
2. Click the heart button to save a favorite.  If you don't have an account, you'll be prompted to create one.

Under $100?
Travel to one of the homeless encampments in LA, wave a $100 bill, start walking away, and see if anyone interesting follows you. If yes, begin negotiations.
If no, proceed to the next encampment.
Repeat as needed.
