I don’t have a suggestion for a particular provider, but I do have some thoughts on how this might be accomplished. As a top myself who has performed this a few times, it actually takes a lot of work. I found that when you talk to providers at their regular rate about doing something out of the ordinary, it is pretty unusual for that to actually happen because there is very little motivation to do anything other than routine.
