+ sniper Posted August 1, 2025 Posted August 1, 2025 That mustache is hideous. Straight men need to stop it with the ugly facial hair. Jason Mamoa is pretty much the only man who pulls it off IMO. MikeBiDude and MenSpl 1 1
+ friendofsheila Posted August 2, 2025 Posted August 2, 2025 I usually don't like mustaches but this one keeps him from looking like a twink, so I like it. MenSpl 1
d.anders Posted August 5, 2025 Posted August 5, 2025 He's got a lot of visual excitement going on. I don't think I've ever heard him sing. MenSpl 1

I don't get the appeal of Benson Boone, though obviously some people find him handsome. MenSpl 1

Look up the song “Mystical Magical.” There’s a 99% chance you’ve heard it, even if you don’t actively listen to music. It was absolutely ubiquitous in pop culture for a while. Hen and MenSpl 2
Hen Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 My husband says I like him cause he's a "youngster". Blah, I fell in love with him by chance, hearing a few songs before I even saw his face or body. After seeing that, it was just love and LUST! MenSpl 1
MenSpl Posted January 29 Posted January 29 I don’t follow much modern pop, but Benson Boone seems alright. He has a that-tries voice and seems sincere in his performances. While his style isn’t exactly what I grew up with in the 70s, I can appreciate the talent and emotional honesty he brings to his music. He seems like a solid young artist with real potential.
d.anders Posted January 29 Posted January 29 In the above photo, he's got some 70's hustler appeal. Kind of reminds me of Cowboys and Cowgirls, formerly on 53rd, from a far away Galaxy now. Becket 1

I mentioned Stefani because she can sing without all the technology. I don't particularly like any of her music. I grew up listening to some of my parents music (the Beatles, Mamas and the Poppas) and I thought these people have great voices. Whether of not I like the music, I dont hear anyone in today's scene who I feel is a talented singer. It's all stage performance, not vocalists that are important. I guess its the Madonna Ciccone effect. VERY successful performer in spite of the fact she took voice lessons for years and still embarrassed herself during the filming of Evita. 90 minutes into the Grammy awards and Gaga just gave the first vocal performance of the evening that’s worthy of the stage!
dutchal Posted February 2 Posted February 2 I'd definitely let him eat crackers in bed. ShortCutie7 1
