I get where you coming from; I’ve had similar thoughts and have been looking for it. I did run across a site with a lot of FTM providers (proportionally) but it wouldn’t be what you’re looking for.  I think someone of that caliber is either going to be on RM, or getting hired without advertising. You will find some trans men on Tryst. Use the keyword field for FTM,  transman, and every other gender description you can think of.  
Tryst mixes up categories of biological sex (male and female) with categories of gender identity (trans and nonbinary). So you might have to try several combinations of search terms.
