In the past I took Semenax & it also worked very good, I'm sure porn actors take this too. Not long ago I took Pygeum for more precum. Before I took these, I showed the ingredient list to my doc & he said it was all safe to take, I don't take Pygeum & L-Arginine together but you could combine them if desired. There's also Semenhance, Nick explains it in the vid below, he says it works good. Otherwise, the list is comprised of don’ts, eg, smoking, poor diet, etc, that negatively correlate with ejaculatory robustness. Also be aware of the distinction between semen and sperm in terms of influence targets.
