He seems to be saying that he's going to be exclusive in accepting clients (which is fine), but that reads to me more like yes, the ad is really just about calling attention to his OF. I can understand people being disappointed if they were into him and were declined - particularly if he wasn't saying that he's selective up front. He is saying that, though, so there's no deception there. It did seem to me more likely that he was primarily interested in advertising his OF, but there's no reason both things couldn't be true.
