The turn of a phrase for them must be captured with the greatest degree of effect, so yes...the choice of language affects the mood of the response. As far as Arab providers, I agree ..the US is rather spartan in available providers. They may find closeted oil-sheiks to be a more profitable community, than some of these cheap-ass Americans who post here, quibbling over a $ 100. premium. In my experience when I was traveling regularly to the Gulf, while there is a large number of closeted men, there’s also a large number of “glass closeted” men. Both cohorts came from a more affluent/educated background, and tended to be more secular than devout in their religion, (think “A&P Catholics”). Plus there is a whole contingent of professional expats living/working there who are “glass closeted” at least when in the Gulf. But as far as providers go, it’s the Western lads who clean up and are in demand, at least from the Arab hobbyists. While I knew, and enjoyed, several Arab men during my times in the Gulf, none were providers - tho many of them would have sent many a heart -among other parts- aflutter if they advertised in the West. I met with him three times (twice close together then again years later) and had to be stern with him and (almost) demand he confirm the fee amount before starting because he kept hinting at upsells and "extras for a nice tip".
