Um … You do know that this site is about guys who have sex with other guys for money, don’t you? The gratuitous slut-shaming aside, the answer to your various questions boils down to: He’s an escort and a porn star. Married to another escort/porn star. They both fuck other people — LOTS of other people — for a living. I can point you to several other married porn couples who do the same. They manage to fuck improbably large numbers of other people while maintaining loving mutually supportive relationships.
