No one is talking about Season 8? It’s pretty awful, but more and more great eye candy. And more soft core gay porn than ever…

FYI Season 8 appears to be the end. Although there are Season 9 teasers, it’s been cancelled.

I agree, Elite 8 is pretty bad but I have to admit that I couldn’t stop watching, something like when you can’t keep your eyes off a car wreck. The eye candy and the soft core gay porn are indeed very appealing, especially all those shots of Joel’s butt and chest. I am glad that there will not be a season 9.

Clicked on Netflix last night with no particular goal in mind and decided on "Scoop". Says it was "Emmy-nominated" this year. 1:45-long single episode about BBC's effort to score an interview with Prince Andrew as the Epstein scandal unraveled. I entirely enjoyed it for what it was. Well-done production, acting, the whole bit, but not really deep stuff.

I've been streaming Netflix much more than the other streaming providers lately. Here's my recent viewing activity. All of them we're very good. The Decameron; Wicked Little Letters (movie); Supacell; Deadboy Detectives and Resident Alien (season 3 is on SYFY.)

There’s buzz in the film world that Netflix ain’t so happy with Martha Stewart after the domestic diva dared to slam her upcoming documentary, “Martha.”

Adding to the awkward situation, we hear the streaming service flew Stewart via private jet to the film’s premiere at the 2024 Telluride Film Festival.

A source told Page Six: “As you can imagine, Netflix is pissed.

During a Q&A with the Daily Beast’s Joanna Coles at a diner for CEOs on Sept. 10, Stewart reportedly said that the doc’s director, R.J. Cutler, “refused to change anything.” 

“I try not to talk publicly about the things I don’t like, [as] it’s not good business,” she allegedly said during the discussion with Coles. But, “I can talk a little bit badly about that,” she quipped of the film.

Stewart then said, according to the Daily Beast, “It’s more about my stupid trial, which was so unfair.”

Monsters - Netflix new bio pic or docu drama - not sure what it is - about the Menendez brothers. Very well done, some great acting, nice dick shots, and assorted eye candy, but extremely disturbing in places. Came away not sure what to believe - look forward to reading other comments.

Do they show actual frontal nudity? Really? I wouldn't think the story would ask for it

Yep, there’s a shower scene with dangling dicks - maybe three one-second peeks, but hey, a dick is a dick. Some nice bulges here and there in a swimming pool scene. Both boys are nicely endowed, assuming there’s no stuffing the shorts.

Just watched the first three episodes of the 'current' "Unsolved Mysteries" series on Netflix......I say 'current' because this popular series goes  back, of course, to the legendary Robert Stack-hosted days in the late 1980s with that unforgettable soundtrack......various attempts at perpetuating the series after Robert Stack died met with mixed success on different channels over the years......Netflix seems to have had it since 2020 and just renewed for another season......

I greatly like the style of the current production!.....unlike most other true-crime shows today with silly quick-cut edits, melodramatic narration and music, overwrought graphics and cinematography, etc., this show is very low-key, precise, and intelligent in a classic documentary style.....and most of the classic soundtrack is used!.......episodes are an easy 45 minutes or so.......cheers to the production team!

I watched "Hot Frosty" the other night on Netflix.  Standard Hallmark-type movie, a very buff snowman sculpture comes to life in a small town.  I fully admit I watched it just to see a lot of naked Dustin Milligan (Alexis's veterinarian boyfriend on Schitt's Creek).  He looked good.

Quite enjoyed Black Doves. New mini series with Kiera Knightley. Not a big fan of hers normally but she has a great cast by her side, Ben Whishaw and Sarah Lancashire and even Tracey Ullman near the end. This is fun, fast paced and very entertaining.

"Maria" starring Angelina Jolie as opera diva Maria Callas  was a mixed bag for me. At times, the movie was riveting - at other times, it was rather slow and repetitive. I may have to watch it once more to appreciate it more.

So what defines him as 'getting naked' ?  If it's just shirtless shots - meh. I live in a college town and see shirtless guys all the time in the warmer months. 😎

This is equivalent to a hallmark movie. They’re already pushing the envelope here by going shirtless.

If Dustin hadn't been shirtless there would be no reason to watch. He seems to have been hitting the gym regularly since Schitts Creek.

To be honest, this wasn’t even on my radar until I read it here! From the poster, he looks nothing like the guy I remember from Schitt’s Creek. I hardly recognized him… then I saw him shirtless… with just a scarf wrapped around his neck… and thought, Christmas came early this year.
