Would you mind sharing during what time of day did you go there?

Afternoon. The place pretty much clears out by 5pm, most of the rentboys start leaving before then. Depending on how many hookups you want and how long you want to use the facilities, I suggest getting there between 12pm and 2pm.

Personally, I hate using cabins: they're dark and cramped and uncomfortable (this is true everywhere for me, just a personal hangup I guess). So I usually do a little shopping and order delivery: I find a couple of guys I like and ask them to come over to my hotel once they're done at the sauna or later that night. They usually charge sauna rates after their shift as I generally stay at the Scheuble, which is literally around the corner, or Sorell Rutli, which is a 2 minute walk. They get to shower afterwards in a nicer, fully stocked bathroom and I usually offer drinks, so it's a mutually beneficial setup.

It's great setting up a schedule around this, I generally have an early breakfast in the hotel, do some am sightseeing/shopping, a small lunch head to the sauna, head back to my hotel for some fun, take a nap and then meet up with friends for dinner and drinks, maybe one more sauna connection to cap off the night.

In fact, if there are any apprehensive fellows that really want to try out Zurich, DM me, I plan on going a few times a year, so we can coordinate. I can always use a partner in crime, lol

I'm not sure his phone number but the agent in Zurich has immediate contact with many of the newly available guys, at least Czechs. His number is often the one on several of the better-known Czech stars' ads and his English is fluent. The guys who work through him rarely handle any arrangements themselves because it's so time-consuming and they lose more than his 30% commission (good to know for repeats directly with the guy). Unfortunately, some ads are his alone in a bait-and-switch. But he's a "st8" former Bel Ami guy who quickly sets up meetings with the hardest to get hold of.  Also, many Czech guys "park" their ad location in Zurich even though they are at home in Czech.

I can tell you I've had experience with three Czech guys recently in Zurich. All were incredibly honest, eager and inexpensive. It was almost too good to be true. Total dumb but sweet types. Two I met on Hunqz (who also showed up at the sauna), the other at the sauna (although I found his ad later). If you could work with them directly to maximize their profit, It would be a nice thing to do.

I will say that two of the three were pretty boring in bed, but it wasn't for a lack of effort. But if you're the take-charge alpha type in bed, they generally seem to make better pillow princes

Is this agent at Paragonya Sauna?

no. but he's usually the one answering an ad for a Czech guy listed in Zurich who is not in Zurich. If a Czech guy answers that he is not in Zurich now it's a 90% chance it's the agent. His guys don't control their own ads, he does. And when they're not working in another city he puts their ad in Zurich to get customers for guys he handles. (or set them up for when they come in).

I usually stay at the Scheuble also. It's 100 feet away and beautiful. The ladies at the desk can be a little intimidating but that's Zurich. The remodel at Paragonya looks like a nice refresh. That's nice because it shows they plan to stay in business which many of us wondered about in that expensive real estate in the center of town with declining numbers.

As to time of day.....did you go at noon on a weekday? That sounds more like a weekend time. Americans do need to learn that saunas in EU are daytime things but usually weekends are even earlier than weekday. Also always ask the guy if it's worth coming in. He may let you look so you can see what's available.  Sometimes it's nearly empty.

I've stayed several places other than the Schueble though I usually end up there. Avoid cheaper hotels further out as Ubers are outrageously expensive in Zurich. The expensive (even for Zurish) Park Hyatt is "ok" but across the river and sort of plain, inspite of the limousine always in the driveway. The Hotel Central is fine in the middle of Old City and historic. But my favorite for a "wow" factor is the Marriott on the north end of Old Town 5 or 6 blocks above the Paragonya area. If you have Platinum Elite it's possible to upgrade to a 30th or high floor room with an amazing view of Old City, Lake Zurich and the Alps. Right across the little bridge is the main train station and being where the airport highway enters the center, it's 10 minutes to ZRH.

Also booking today I found that while United awards are aleady sky-high in Business (175K miles), Premium is only 45K (the lowest PE fare) on some flights..

That would indeed be amazing!

Thanks lol, got my Swiss lakes slightly reversed as I was booking a flight from Geneva in another window. If I'm not careful people will think I'm getting old. I'm just getting worse at multi-tasking.

one day they gave me a very cheap rate and a triangle-shaped corner mini suite on the 30th floor and I had no one to bring to impress and Paragonya was virtually empty. (of course the boys have been in every hotel in Zurich within a couple weeks anyway lol.)

I've been there on weekdays and weekends in the past, so I'm pretty familiar with the good peak times. Since I went on weekdays this time, I went around 1pm and the timing was perfect:  every rentboy that was going to come had arrived, and none had left. When I left at 4pm, they were clearing out. It was pretty solid each day.

I usually go before noon on weekends, but google actually has a feature that allows us to see how busy the place is in real time

🤢🤢🤢

I should clarify what I mean when I say "dumb, but sweet." It's meant to be a massive compliment.

I've had "high class" escorts that are stuck-up and pretentious, pretending to be sophisticated and high society (one of them even asked me to order a specific wine and pre-chill it 15 minutes before his arrival, lol).

These guys are the opposite: happy-go-lucky, personable and down-to-earth. "Dumb but sweet," kinda like Joey from friends, is just how they come off, which is refreshing.

my impression has always been that the better Bel Ami grade Czech guys when in Zurich didn't go to Paragonya much. of course after the agent's 30% the $150 they make on an outcall is no more than the $100 in the sauna and they can do multiples. maybe the guys always at the bar downstairs are the ones not getting clients upstairs. IDK. but for the less popular ones it would seem a risk paying $35 plus drinks to chance a $100 client when some days are almost empty. the crowd seems to have picked up so maybe they'll start coming back. a top one told me he makes more in Munich now and it's half as far to drive as Zurich from Prague. It is odd that escorts are so much less in Zurich than in Prague. But Prague has slower turnover and that's where their money is in Zurich.

Hello all, thank you for all your updates.

I have a very brief stop in Zurich in May (one night only, a Thursday) but will head to this place of course. I land early so can be there when they open. If anyone has any recommendations or inside tips they are much appreciated. And I will of course give you and update as soon as I have been.

Walkable (east of the river and south) from the main train station if you are transiting from the airport, or from the main train station transfer to a brief tram ride south to Rudolf-Brun-Brücke stop and walk east a block in direction opposite the bridge. The transit counter staff at the airport are great and you can likely purchase a single fare that enables the train and tram connection integrated.

Enjoy. Plenty of great restaurants and a pile of them in the north-running laneway just west of the spa building.

The guys will typically accept CHF equivalency in cash Euros if you are just in Switzerland the one night and Euros are more convenient for you.

Paragonya has been re-modeled, and I have heard it is thriving - can't wait to fuel up the Private Jet.

Norwaydude74, it is a day sauna, at least it was prior to the re-model. Activity is from 11:30AM until about 5PM. That said, I've heard that strippers have been brought in to liven up the scene in late afternoon to encourage a later crowd.

If you go, please report back.

Here is an update from Paragonya, I went Thursday last week.

I arrived just 25-30 minutes after opening and already there was 6-8 providers there. First I must say that the place itself is spotless, newly renovated and very nicely so. The staff is super friendly and helpful, it is super clean,  modern and the bar offers drinks and a light food menu (toasts ++).

I stayed for about 5 hours, and I guess the total of providers in that period was 20-25. I was seriously in heaven, it is truly like being a kid in a candy store :). The boys are of course all different, some latino, some eastern european and a couple of asian. Some slim, some built, some xxl and some smaller. Most of them are tops, but so am I so with some negotiation and getting to know them we figured it out so everyone had fun. They do of course approach you and offer their service, but they are very polite and not pushy at all. If you say you are on a break or not interested they leave you alone.

I will not go into much detail about what I did with who, but I will say I had a great time with different boys, two 3somes and I am almost glad I don't live close to this place or I would be serious financial trouble...

Zurich is super expensive (extremely so) but the regular price for a hook up is 100 for whatever is agreed. They accept both Euros and Swiss Franc, and this is super duper cheap compared to online guys from Hunqz or RM for instance and the price level of every thing else in town.

I stayed in the Scheuble and this is super close (almost next door). It is was clean, nice and even though I did not I understand that it is very convenient to receive company (no locked doors to get to rooms etc). Quite a few of the boys at the sauna offered this option but when I left there I was more than satisfied for the day.

I also truly love Thermas in Barcelona, the boys there are cheaper and more pushy and the place is not as nice as Paragonya. I also find it a bit more of a language barrier there as I don't speak Spanish. But they are similar, and I would truly recommend both but plan ahead, save up, be honest about what you want and expect and I promise you a good time.

Thanks for the great update! On a related but separate note, do we need to bring cash in and pay the providers at the locker area? How does that normally work? First timers here.

Payment in the locker area yes, and the bar staff can help with cash but they are limited so smart to bring.

Do not forget about ATM machines located in various places throughout Zurich.  There are many ATM machines located within walking distance of Paragonya.
