My oldest client is in his late 70’s. He’s fantastic. I get as much pleasure from seeing him enjoy himself as I do clients in their 20’s. 
I do understand the perception that somehow it’s more fun with a young fit guy. I’d have said that too before I started doing massage. I did wonder at the start of doing this work if I’d be able to be the same with every client but actually I find that’s not the challenge at all. 
Now that I’ve been doing sensual massage for years and seen all sorts of clients I can definitely say that age or body type makes no difference to my approach (except that I’ll be less firm with someone who’s less muscular). The biggest challenge isn’t their age or physical appearance, it’s their attitude. 
Some older guys take longer to get hard or climax so that’s different but otherwise I find most people regardless of age are looking for similar things; a relaxing proper massage, some intimacy, some fun and to feel at ease and be themselves. If the person I’m seeing is coming for those reasons then it’s great. If their attitude is they just want to use me to get off then it doesn’t work. The driver for me is that my client is enjoying themselves. The more they enjoy our session  the better it is for me…in a virtuous circle kind of way. If a 75 year old has great time then so did I. Age is irrelevant. Attitude is everything.

I'm not sure where you live, but if you're looking for a true therapeutic massage with no sexual elements, there are many spas, as well as Soothe and Zeel, where you can hire a therapist to come to your place. I've used all three in the past and there's no hanky panky in any of those situations.

I think that if you’re looking for therapeutic only massage then there’s probably more appropriate sites than Rentmasseur. Just look at the pictures on Rentmasseur, most of the masseurs are wearing very little and it’s clear that the service is more than a spa style massage. If you’re looking for therapeutic only on Rentmasseur you’ll not find it very easily. 

Also if you equate a Grindr fuck with a session with a good escort or masseur then you’re not comparing like with like. 

Unfortunately it’s hit and miss. You can ask the therapist about what’s included for the price etc but until you try him out you’ll never know for sure whether his massage style / technique is good for you.
I see clients who just want a great massage done by a guy, some even don’t want me to do it naked. There’s no sexual arousal included - at their request. They just like the massage but my rate is the same.
Other clients like the massage to progress quickly to more of an escort type session. Kind of half massage and half sex. Usually that’s an outcall and the massage is on a bed. Unless I’m bottoming the rate is the same. I think it ruins the session if we have to stop part way through for me to say “oh that’s extra, are you ok to pay for that” or to stop from doing something that has progressed naturally because it wasn’t in the pre paid menu.
I charge extra to bottom in a massage because of the extra time it takes to prepare but that’s the only extra.

Americans are particularly awful this way, and I say that as one of them. I've been actively trying to be more patient and also less available because it's a very mentally and physically unhealthy way to live.
