Mr Number - App With Reviews/Info on Clients
JB_Studio38 replied to MCR's topic in Questions About Hiring
that is horrible. I just had a bad experience myself; however he had no reviews on Mr. Number but my assistant did find (after he already stood me up) where back in 2019, he flaked on me and showed me aggressive behavior. This time I put him on Mr. Number and reported him to both RM sites. ⚠️ ANYONE IN NEW YORK OR SAINT LOUIS BEWARE OF THIS GUY. 🚨 Drug user, probably has STDs and might give it to you #1: he tells me the day before that another escort “filled him with a load twice, even sending me his profile name THE DAY BEFORE WE WERE SCHEDULED. #2: I’m in touch with him the next day, and he goes and cancels moments prior to me heading to his hotel. #3: Refuses to pay the rest he owes for session and then gets belligerent. So I put out a fraud alert: I told RM: this is why we need a private portal for us providers. And I give a shit if clients know about it or not. Ever heard of a credit report? Credit karma? We need a credit karma for clients. Let them know, that we can find out about their dirt. This is why I prefer dealing with select clients only. Some of these other guys I feel like I’m dealing with middle and high school kids, not 50 year old men 🤦🏾♂️ Clients are lucky if all they get is a Mr. Number review. People try to rip off a drug dealer, they’re coming for their life. They usually have to move cities. -
Fortunately this guy is now blocked and out of my life for showing me what an asshole he really is: But he scheduled me one time the right away, but then became a timewaster twice in a row. And why he wants to only offer me $200, knowing that I ask more in the 350/400 range for travel arrangement bookings. It is never a guarantee, that I’ll have multiple clients per day of hotel stay. Even when multiple clients do contact me on the same day: it’s not always I’m able to meet them because often times they want the same block of time, and at short notice. I had this last Saturday: 3 clients tried to book something in the afternoon. 1 planned in advance the day before, the other 2 were stragglers trying to squeeze in last minute visits, and only offering $100. The guy who booked in advance was the only person I seen, during my 12-5 p.m. dayuse hotel booking. The rest were fucked out of luck. I schedule most of my out of town bookings in advance. So any last minute guys usually don’t get a chance. Therefore, the notion that I’ll be able to profit off an expensive hotel room is nothing short of speculation, and I always make sure I charge accordingly, based on what I have to pay for 1 day.

Austin Wolf arrested on child porn charges
JB_Studio38 replied to LookingAround's topic in The Lounge
I think it all makes sense. So many in the “community” or “culture” worship those types, and turn a blind eye to the dirt they may be doing behind the scenes. Worshipping the White alpha, yet marginalizing minorities by Dick size and skin tone. I had a friend who was infatuated by the White alpha daddy, and just recently learned he had AIDS. Not HIV, but the real AIDS. As in: yeah it’s still around. That said, like someone else said: I don’t think ripped, roided daddy should equate to “Pedo” by default. I think it’s moreso the glamorizing of extreme porn and wanting more and more. Yeah…not cool. Was that guy also a RentMen member? I hope they don’t start shit with them over this 😐 -
Craigslist was big in San Antonio, Denver, and a lot of “upcoming” cities for “massages” back when the erotic services ran. It was nothing risky about it, it was okay for what it was at the time. However, things have changed. Like someone mentioned, what you would have found on Craigslist, has now likely turned to content creating. Seems fewer people are becoming escorts, everyone just assumes onlyfans when they hear “sex worker”. There’s currently a site out there called Megapersonals which is somewhat similar to Backpage. However, I’ve been on it a little while and yet to meet 1 serious client. So many flakes, and the girls have said it’s dropped off due to scams…However they recently cleaner it up quite a bit and started requiring more verification. It might work in a bigger city, but in my region it sucks all throughout. I occasionally use a separate number on it, and refer people to my website with my real number. But majority don’t read the ad and follow the directions.

I have a friend of a friend who is traveling to Cameroon on the west of Africa, and his family is from there originally. Now, I don’t know all the details as I’ve not been there before and not sure if they’re going to the city or country. He lives in Iowa (you’d be surprised, there’s a bit of African transplants out there) but he’s been having conversations with us and saying he’s had to remove all hair dye before going, as the chance of getting arrested (not for being an escort, but gay) is too big of a chance to take being a visitor. He did tell me there’s either a club scene or network for it, where gays can meet up. But, I couldn’t tell you. Here’s an article you might find handy. Being a LGBTI person in African countries EPTHINKTANK.EU More than 4 African countries out of 5 of have laws criminalizing homosexuality, or even punishing... And 6 Countries in Africa That Have Legalized Same-Sex Relationships in the Past 10 Years WWW.GLOBALCITIZEN.ORG Nearly half of countries worldwide where homosexuality is outlawed are in Africa. Here are some that have...

Sounds like you did everything right so far. I will say: I don’t think there’s any set “rules” or signs to go by. Sometimes I can reply to clients right away or within the hour, other times a whole day or 2 may go by. Sometimes, I just don’t notice a message at all, and will go back later and realize it. I also have 2 separate numbers. Others may do the same, so often times it’s not always a case of someone being ignored, they may just not be active on that particular line. 24 hours being long is only relative, though it may seem. I have clients not get back to me for days, weeks, even YEARS for some to get back to me. I think you should go about it as normal, state your timing preference. If person doesn’t get back right away: don’t assume anything more than what it might be. Like @keroscenefire said, just be ready to respond appropriately when they do reply but: also be open to plan B if you need to. However, and not saying this is you: don’t be the bossy, impatient client who gets an attitude and starts immediately making other plans when an escort doesn’t reply back within 20 minutes. Clients like that, tend to be high maintenance and can’t be relied on. But like I said, so far you’re on the right track. Booked in advance, sent a couple messages. I think after 24 hours after the 2nd message, you’re safe to Plan B it to someone else.

You’re comparing apples to oranges. It’s funny how people love to compare us to other businesses when it’s convenient. But when it comes down to comparing things like allowing the provider (escort) to schedule a time, not taking same day appointments, and doing stuff like requiring a credit card and ID to reserve a booking, suddenly it’s: “omg can’t believe you want all that information, etc etc”. I’m not really concerned what this section is called. But I won’t tolerate disparaging remarks or disrespect from anybody. Agree/Disagree: just don’t paint me out to be someone who doesn’t accurately portray me. Especially when people try to inaccurately figure me out, like yourself who had the audacity to say, “I should have educated myself on how to change a tire, and I wouldn’t have missed my appointment that night”. Which is the most ridiculous bullshit I’ve ever heard IN MY LIFE. Anybody who knows me enough knows, there is hardly a part on a car that I can’t name or change myself. But escorting and car hobbies don’t go hand in hand. Can’t be changing spark plugs, and then get a client wanting to meet in 30 minutes. All those porn movies at mechanic shops, are pure fantasy at best: People have to let go the idea of the perfect escort. Who never has anything come up, who should always be able to be there waiting hand and foot for the next client. Fuck my life, the client is all that matters. If you can’t be there, you’re a loser and failure who isn’t cut out for the business. Since when 🤔 Maybe things have operated that way at times, but: things are different now. It’s already a fact that many “sex workers” out there don’t even do client interactions. A lot of stuff out there, is pay per view only. I think guys who are doing in person sex work, aren’t getting the full credit we deserve. It’s a lot about how many fans and subscribers, but what about how many clients you can comfortably see in a day, in a week: and still be able to perform AND finish for them all? Without anybody getting short changed. That’s why I do, what I have to do.

I receive the clarification 100%. Thanks for being willing to admit that. That said, when you threw the word “ego” in there, that’s the part where you came sideways and made like I’m conceited. Which I’m not. But let’s not pretend though, many gays and 20s-40s people in general nowadays, thrive on narcissistic and validating traits like how many likes/followers to their Instagram they have, and perpetually posting selfies for click bait. All that is seen as normal, and desirable: but yet someone seeking to preserve their time and energy by only dealing with serious clients: is often touted on this board as being “self absorbed” and egotistical 🤔 All I wanted to do here, is talk about cities. I understand some people may prefer big cities. I myself was always a big city guy for the longest. I disliked small towns. However. Many cities in the country have changed over time and seems like EVERY city is booming, which means higher rents and more providers. So cities that used to be hot, are not. However, places like Miami for example, have seen population declines because it’s just gotten TOO expensive to live there, and in my experience they don’t really pay shit to keep up with the costs: Miami Is Decreasing in Population for First Time Since 1970s - Business Insider WWW.BUSINESSINSIDER.COM Home prices in the Miami area are up by 53% in the past three years. Now, the population is declining for the... And LA: More than 1.4 million residents could leave L.A. County by 2060, study says KTLA.COM Los Angeles County can lose about 1.4 million residents from 2023 until 2060, newly released data from California’s... That said, excuse me if I popped off on you as hard as I did. I don’t normally like to do that to another working guy. We should be supportive and kind to each other, especially in front of clients. I think there’s enough of that behavior coming from their end as it is… However, I’ve also been going thru a difficult period myself: just in terms of the business in my area. I still have plenty other clients who are happy to see me in other cities. But sometimes that’s just how the biz goes. After being in a city for a couple/few years: it ends up being the same clients to work with, for a period of time. I know in bigger cities, there’s more traffic to prevent that: but I used to live in a metro area of 6 million, and there was still weeks that nobody booked. Population numbers doesn’t even matter to me anymore. That’s why in situations like this, I normally would leave and only come back to visit: after a significant amount of time has passed.

Let’s be clear: this is used to be called “ask an escort”. Why it was changed, I don’t know, however I would hope it did not mean, clients ask other clients about hiring escorts. That’s what I would hope it isn’t about, maybe I’m wrong. That said, again: micro-topics. Nothing you’re saying is related to big city/small city. If anything it’s YOU who is making it all about himself: what you do and don’t like, which as a reminder: has nothing to do with big and small markets. But just to be clear, a confident provider who is not afraid to state boundaries: is not “drama”. I like to get all that stuff out the way before the session starts. That’s how it’s done, to not come off as drama. Eliminates surprises, and clients are actually happy to know ahead all the details of price. Ever since I came out with my website, I earn more per booking than prior. Most times, no one books me for less than $300. Although, I’m fine with $250 and will occasionally do $200. Anything less, I’ve already laid out that: it’s not something I offer except for returning or regular clients “at my discretion”. What y’all hear about on here: is not struggles, but me talking about a specific area and segment of clientele. That’s why it takes a discerning man, to understand CONTEXT. Someone who’s just coming to the forum with prejudices about someone is not going to understand that. If and when I talk about business being slow, it’s referring to particular area(s) at a given time, or times/experiences in the past: not an everyday occurrence or speaking for the entire country.
-
I can see that. And by no means do I imply that one may encounter direct situations to their safety, but those things are often all around. For example, a hotel may have beefed up security, due to the city it’s in. One year I was in Phoenix, and had some stuff stolen in my car at a hotel. Sure it can happen anywhere, but when I go to Des Moines, Iowa: people aren’t as worried about someone breaking into their car, like they do in Phoenix. That created a whole day of “nonsense” that I didn’t need. I spent some time in Seattle, and it was hard to find a decently priced hotel in the summer…without it being “sketchy”. So I had to spend more than I normally would, simply because I’ve learned in the past: some clients may be put off by an escort staying at a sketchy motel in a big city. Whereas in smaller towns, like say: Eureka Springs in Arkansas, a budget motel can actually be nice and quaint, free of bugs and drugs (another gay friendly area that most gays outside of the Midwest don’t know about). Again, it’s all relative. I know places like Washington DC can feel “safe” to someone living there, but as somebody not from the area: I know for a fact I have to watch my back at every corner: whether that’s from a parking ticket, or somebody geeked out on PCP. All of that means extra work on top of the work of being readily available for clients.
-
I beg to differ: I’ve been away for the past week, focusing on a tour I had going that included some smaller town areas. I actually had only 4 bookings that although I won’t say what the amount was: it was sufficient to pay all my bills for the month, and go on a couple shopping visits. I have traveled throughout the country for many years. The whole point of this topic is, many people often assume that if an escort goes to New York, Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, etc etc…all the places that sex workers often frequent, that it’s the ONLY way to support yourself or earn decent cash. I’m simply saying, it’s not true. I’m not talking about towns with populations of 5,000 lol. I’m talking places where Fortune 500 companies have put up offices, or has a thriving economy. For example: For a long time: very few sex workers knew about Denver. I was there Pre-2014 before the migration from California and other states really ramped up. But that’s still not the only city in the west. There’s other cities, but first thing people think of is: Las Vegas. But there’s already 500 other guys out there trying to get the same bag. When I plan cities now, I want to go to places where I can get a reasonable hotel, and the drive for me and clients isn’t much more than 20-30 minutes, and then it’s the last exit lol. But I’m not about to go to Chicago or Los Angeles, spend $200 a night on a hotel and compete with 500 other guys. That’s not something I’m interested in anymore unless, I have other reasons to be there. I’ve also been open to gay entertainment to move away from the downtowns, and into the more affordable suburbs. For example in St. Louis: the gay bar scene all centers around 1 or 2 inner city neighborhoods. But outside of that, there’s nowhere “gay” to be social. However, a large population of the young “hip” gays live outside of the city in the suburbs. Having gay nightlife centered only in the city, means either living in the city or, taking risks driving intoxicated to get to/from. Even the nearest bigger city I stay by: I’ve stopped going out much anymore, because all the gay social stuff centers in an area just outside of downtown. But for me to get there, I have to drive an hour, and then go thru a sketchy area of the city, and take rickety roads that are full of potholes and construction. Fuck that. Especially when the likelihood of finding business is not high, in the big city social scenes. Most are looking for free sex, the ones who pay generally aren’t seen or are real low key about it. I only do so when I’m in the vicinity, and met a client online. I absolutely won’t be having a chat about this. Don’t give me that fake shit like you’re trying to help out, and then have the audacity to criticize me for me “conceited”. Matter of fact, let me go down the list because you’re one of “those” escorts who think they can boss up on me, and I’m going to back down and let you run me. Sit down: #1: My business model has nothing to do with ego. #2: Where’s your top of the line, self created website that’s better than mine? #3: You’re new here, and you think you have me figured out? Have a seat 🪑 #4: You are in Canada. You can’t convince me that you’re more aware of how it works in the United States, than me #5: My website has been up for over 2 years. Most of my REAL clients have no problem booking me after seeing it. #6: You don’t know my journey. You have no idea what I been thru. I have gone thru everything from being technically robbed/ripped off by clients, to booking whole 2-3 day trips on MY DIME, OUT OF MY FUCKING POCKET: only to arrive and not a single person shows up despite having lots of requests (had experienced this in Houston, Indianapolis, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Florida, etc) #7: But guess what? Over times I’ve been able to make a come back and some of those same cities that failed me, I’ve been able to redeem myself: WITH PROPER PLANNING AND DEPOSITS #8: Don’t you, @Trick, @APPLE1 or any other gossiping, holier than thou MoFos ever come for me or my biz model again. If you think you can be the better person, and make a better website: Go do that. If not, that’s your prerogative. I can care less whether you do or don’t. What you’re not going to do, is gaslight and intimidate me into backing down and being “acceptable” to all clients. #9: And as I’ve said before; my website is relatively new thing I’ve been doing due to the POST PANDEMIC/POST SESTA-FOSTA State of the business. Prior to the pandemic in 2019 and prior to SESTA/FOSTA in 2016 (Google it, since you’re smart) I had my hurdles, but the behavior I was encountering since then has compelled me to do things a different way now. Half of these clients out here, like @Trick and @APPLE1 are not people I want anywhere near my dick or ass to begin with, with that type of mentality. That’s why I choose to screen and ask for deposits. A person who feels an escort should have no boundaries, and is only “good” when they do everything the client thinks they should: is not the type of energy I want in a client. Many of my clients are happy to abide by my rules, and I don’t have to fucking explain tirelessly about why I have to do so because, it’s already in my websites. It’s “my body, my choice”. I don’t have to be acceptable to all to be worthy. Some clients out here are disrespectful towards escorts, and don’t even respect themselves because they can’t even figure out their lives enough to book one, and probably have drama and baggage of their own. Maybe it’s their looks, maybe their family, or they can’t bag who they want for free, so they call escorts: but it’s all BAGGAGE. Everybody has baggage. And I know they have baggage, because they don’t even have the courage or balls to show their face. But they want to sit and talk shit about another escort, and what that person “should and could” have done. Miss me with that 100% But what you’re not going to do: Is try to criticize me…behind me back, especially when I’m not online and out here doing what I need to support and sustain myself. You got a lot of nerve. I refuse to tolerate the disrespect on this forum. Y’all are being put on notice. If you don’t like what I have to say, LEAVE. Don’t respond. There’s plenty of other stuff to read. If you don’t like me, but still reply to my posts: it says more about YOU, than it says about me. Next please, if anyone wishes to contribute something more useful about cities. I’m fine to keep the discussion going, unnecessary distractions don’t need to detract from the message.

Thanks, however I should mention: Not sure where you get that my last review was in 2013? My last review on RentMen was end of 2023. However I have at-least a couple more recent ones on RentMasseur from this year. You might be referring to the reviews on this site: However this isn’t my most popular Avenue for being reviewed. As for as the website stuff goes, again I feel that’s a separate micro-topic that’s going to be a bit different than this thread is focused on, which is the difference between big and large markets. I’ve had my website for almost a couple years I think. It wasn’t meant to be a state of the art platform. I spent a fair amount of time on it, however I didn’t go all out website designer on it. I just wanted an auxiliary platform that goes over pricing and expectations…more than what RentMen and RentMasseur can convey. If anything, it’s more meant to be a “detailed menu”. However, I try to update regularly and assess my tone where necessary. I know there’s a lot of “money talk” in there, however: keep in mind that I’m coming from 2 websites that allows no money talk at all, and RentMasseur only allows 2 rates: in and outcall. That said, my site has brought me plenty of spare coins, and many of my clients like it. Sorry if you don’t feel the same but, it’s something that I feel is beneficial for me: as I often travel multiple cities, and I simply can’t explain to every caller and texter, what’s my rates (as that’s generally the question they always want to know). That out the way: I know you’re based in Montreal. Being a Canadian city, I can only imagine things work a bit differently. I have actually posted up there and got a few hits, but making a trip up there hasn’t come into fruition. However there’s a few America cities across the River that could “simulate” a Canadian trip: where Canadians can visit me instead lol. I know you said you’re going to Atlanta, that’s one city I don’t find to be a hitmaker for me. I went there to work for the first time back in maybe 2008, booked 3 days of hotels in midtown Atlanta in advance, and didn’t even know what deposits were at that time: not a single person showed up. I felt like a fool. However, I’ve since been thru there a few times over the years: but I only do work there if I have someone booked ahead But for you, it may be different. I know this makes some out there uncomfortable, but race and level of options plays a part in some things. Like you said, there’s no shortage of providers (and gay, black men in general) in Atlanta. The success may be varied or may take longer to see than others. White and Latin guys there, I feel tend to be in a league of their own, but there’s so many options for Black ethnic gays: most are like kids in a Candy store. To get even 1 client in Atlanta as a Black provider, seems nothing short of a miracle. But hey, I’ve gone there and made coins before. Will you catch me planning trips there just for escorting? Hell no lol. Only when I’m there for other stuff, and clients are supplementary. Sometimes it’s just acknowledging that things may be different for others thru no fault of their own: but it doesn’t mean they aren’t good, just they have to find their niche. And the problem I find: men…whether in the industry or not, seem to think the key to sex worker success, is moving to a big city. It’s not. It’s a common myth that’s been rehearsed over and over, and it’s unfounded. And when I say “big city”, that doesn’t always mean New York and Los Angeles. Those are more like megapolis. But any city that is going thru a “boom” period, can be too big. Nashville is an example of that. When I first used to go there, circa 2014-2016, there was hardly any guys advertising. I would make bank. Now, it’s so flooded with guys, most trips I barely get more than a client or 2. I was oddly busy earlier this year there in January around new years, but then I went back about a month or 2 later and nobody except for 1 client from L.A., booked me. Where I live at, it’s a “big city” but a small gay community. That’s the other thing. Some cities are and function like a big city, but are actually “small” in terms of gay/client pool because it’s either the same few clients over and over, or the gay scene is concentrated in just one area of the city and hasn’t expanded. Or it’s growing, but only in the context of straight families, straight White techies, or transplants from neighboring small towns (places like Denver, Orlando, Raleigh,NC, San Antonio, Tex, Reno, Kansas City/St. Louis, Columbus/Cincinnati are such examples). However, it can still be big enough to the point where it’s not as busy as I like due to a surge of escorts flooding the area for no apparent reason. I woulda never thought in a million years Denver, Nashville, or Kansas City would become escort hot spots: Years ago, I used to have to basically live in secrecy when I lived there. Even now, if and on the rare occasion I tell guys in the scene, they start acting weird and eventually disappear. I have had to trade even those medium cities for even smaller cities a few hours away, to get as busy as I want to be. I’ve even heard some refer to Atlanta as being “small”, not that it’s small as a city: but in certain communities (say like the entertainment/music/the gay community), it’s been referred to as such. Meaning: you’re likely to run into the same people in the same circles. Or you sleep with someone, and turns out that person is or has slept with everyone you know lol.

Picking up from a previous discussion which had a few “micro topics”, but went too far off topic with personal opinions and added no value to the discussion (let’s try not to do that again). I know a few people seem to hinge an escort’s success on how big their…city is. But in my experience, being in a major metropolis is no guarantee that someone will find instant success or improvement to business. In my experience, here’s the reasons why: Bigger city: more advertisers. Which means more choices for clients, more chances the clients may have a regular escort, and not to mention: the greater chance of guys using free methods (bars, bathhouses, hookup apps, network connections). It may also take longer for a client to notice an ad among the sea of others Higher expenses: Everything from hotels, to toll roads, and gas spent waiting in traffic or commuting clear across town (a common theme in places like Chicago, Los Angeles, Florida, DFW/Houston, Washington DC, Phoenix which are very spread out metropolises and clients could be anywhere), and even gas prices. Places like Chicago and Los Angeles often run higher than the surrounding small towns. More risk: Bigger cities are also more prone to issues like drug use amongst the gay scene/clients, and even from everyday civilians. I always feel I need to “watch my back” more in big cities. And if you don’t have a car, walking around carrying cash can be an issue. Even if you do drive, I’ve had people come up and grab my door handle once in awhile. Usually thinking either I’m an Uber or, maybe something ill. Higher police/security presence: this can include in hotels, on the streets/highways, or possibly browsing thru ads. There’s not always “they have better stuff to do”. Some hotels in big cities may even have decoy cop cars parked at hotels, which may scare off a client. So that’s my take on the big cities, and why I don’t often frequent them. I still go to cities, but a big metropolis, I may only visit 2-3 times a year. However, small cities: the drawbacks can often include: *limited client pool, *less gay acceptance, *the commute to get there can add up. hotels often sell out easier due to college events/conferences, etc. You may also find it more expensive in terms of choices: Upscale hotel in smaller cities can cost a lot more, than in a big city with lots of real estate (Big cities with great deals on upscale hotels include Orlando, Dallas, Las Vegas, occasionally Phoenix certain times of year). This is not implying big cities can’t be successful, or there’s not money to be made. However, it may take longer to see the success happen. I personally don’t have the luxury to wait around in a city, and spend $500 upfront on travel and accommodations and hope to make it all back + a profit. Any time I go to a big city, I have to be sure I have at least 1 client to “kick off” the trip. Usually that’s enough to break even, if nothing else works out. However, being physically present in a big city can make one more accessible to take same day/last minute appointments that come up. Which I find sometimes, just isn’t possible to do if you’re not actually there yet. For me, it’s all about risk management/assessment. I don’t like to take risks unduly when it comes to travel. Even relocating to a big city can have similar caveats. I used to live in Orlando for 2 years, and my God: It would get slow like you wouldn’t believe. And the level of competition was epic a times. When one guy leaves, another 5 arrive. It was a shark tank. And at that time, I didn’t really take deposits much unless I had to get a hotel. But I was also mainly offering outcalls anyway. Eventually, I ended up stop working in Orlando, and would travel to smaller cities 2-3 hours away, or one of the coasts. Orlando would be great some days, dead the others. But the saving Grace was a high convention/tourist industry and a relatively high gay population.
-
I don’t necessarily think the OP asking for funds upfront is complicated, moreso that he just wants to do things differently to where he doesn’t again have to worry: “Is this guy going to walk?” Nothing complicated about that at all. Same thing when you go to the movies, before entry at a nightclub, or ordering an Uber. All simple concepts: pay upfront. What reference proof do you have, to backup your claim that the vast majority of appointments and transactions happen without any trouble at all? Even if it did: it only takes that one experience, just like the poster on here said…For things to go upside down. It’s not the “vast majority” which matters, it’s the “occasional few bad apples”.
-
I also think a possible more low key solution would be to perhaps reach out directly to RentMen admin, state the case and see what they may be willing to do. I know they don’t get involved with personal disputes much, but they may be willing to hold the person’s profile, accountable. Also, there’s the alternative: having someone else contact the client and let them know, “he/she will be coming to collect the payment today, otherwise you can mail/bring it to me in person” (and I’ve known people to actually have handlers do that) especially if that is the client’s place that occurred. Better hope the next one doesn’t send a brick 🧱 thru his window lol. But again, with “innocent until proven yadda yadda”, it might be imperative to ensure the client didn’t just forget and maybe thought he gave the money earlier. Having not been there to know either side, always best to start off with the least resistant before going to the deep end lol.

I’m so glad that you had the courage to come here and tell your story. I think many of us, have had something similar happen. That said, is there any possibility he may have forgotten to pay? I would reach out to him again, and of course if no action (sounds like you said he ghosted) blacklist him. This is essentially the shoplifting version of rape (you did not consent to time without pay), and that’s ethically wrong. I used to live in San Antonio way back when. However over the years, I’ve learned deposits, upfront and generally whatever makes me feel safe as a sex worker, is what matters. Not what random guys on the internet think or say. There’s 6 billion people on this earth, with a lot less of them gay and willing to pay, in the same town you’re in. However, you have to be faithful and confident. Nobody wants to relive a bad experience. Even when clients talk about being robbed, they may only hire every so often. We on the other hand, are dealing with clients every day. Phone calls, everyday. Meeting strangers, everyday. If I listened to every person who doesn’t do this, or doesn’t do that…idk where I would be right now. Let this be something to encourage more screening, and deposit or something upfront upon arrival in the future. There will be other clients who can respect you as deserved .

The more I read about it, the more it sounds like a enticing alternative. However, the main catch 22 I can see with that is, what if you decide last minute you need the room for the night? Or a client books an evening in-call unexpectedly? I’d assume then one would have to pay for the full night again, on top of the dayuse price. In that case, you almost come out better doing 2 nights. In my case, I’ll probably reserve dayuse in situations where I already have somewhere else to stay in the evening…or if I don’t want to stay in a particular city the whole night, just during the afternoon for a booking and be on my way. Sometimes I’ve disliked having to stay a whole extra night in a hotel, just to take a 1 p.m. appointment.

But isn’t that what you want? It’s sounds like you desire a provider who doesn’t require much to book: and can therefore squeeze in as many clients as possible…because they have limited “hurdles” for their clients. Isn’t that what makes a successful escort? You got what you asked for, and deserved. When you go to guys who aren’t really screening or asking much from clients: they are likely running a conveyor belt, so don’t be surprised with what you get:

I think it just depends on the communication. I always try to let clients know if I foresee needing extra time. As for waiting in the lobby, I’ve had times clients shown up to my hotel almost the same time or earlier that I arrive myself. Most seem patient and will say something like, “no rush, take your time”. Which sounds good, but I’m still rushing because…normally I prefer to hangout in my hotel for like 30 minutes to an hour before having anyone come. Of course I wouldn’t want to keep someone waiting that long. To lessen the chances of that occurring; I try to suggest 2 hours notice for same day bookings, but I’m also making same day bookings a premium service. To have me ready and available to meet the same day of contact, is a great accomplishment. This is why I’ve suggested to RentMen/Masseur to change the available now: to available today. This may eliminate the false sense of immediate availability, some clients may think it implies. Though for some, maybe they are available now but, I doubt anyone can remain that way for hours and days on end. All that’s required, is clicking a button and choosing how many hours you can be available now:

Is last minute the new planning ahead?

Just seeing this but: there’s a “hack” for that. Rent.Men will allow you to write a full page. In fact, when I edit my ad: I only use Rent.Men. Notice the character count of 2,000. I’ve used about 1,700 of them because, my ad needs to be able to full picture go over all important details, just in case they don’t trust clicking the link to go to my website. I guess that was part of the change over benefits from RentMen.eu. I also like the “map” feature on Rent.men because it shows more details like hotel location (even though I don’t always show my exact map location and when I do, it’s often at a hotel nearby that I’m not actually at just for privacy sake lol) versus the weird Rentmen.eu map which seems to only show government buildings/landmarks. They’re both Tom Tom so not sure how one is different.
