Thoughts from first time visitor so take with a grain of salt. I arrived on Thursday and planed to visit Stock and  Campus on Thursday and Friday night.
First  a quick observation about the Village. The streets and bars were busy on Thursday evening. There were a significant number of unhoused and or impaired individuals on the streets. My reaction to their presence was sadness for their situation. I never felt threatened or harassed. My hope is to find a solution to help these individuals.
While the restaurants and streets were busy on Thursday night the clubs were not. I visited Stock first and what a disappointment. Only two dancers who were attractive and few customers. Stayed around for a while hoping it would get better. It did not so moved on to Campus.. totally different vibe. More dancers, customers etc. 
There was a steady rain on Friday night so the streets were less crowded but the clubs were much busier. I wanted to give Stock another chance but sadly nothing changed. On to Campus….wow! Beautiful men! The variety was unbelievable. I was approached many times for privates but after a courteous refusal they moved on. I did have a  three song private with a muscled dancer. He was very generous and I left with a smile on my face. 
 
I’ve visited many clubs over the years and Campus stacks up well. Hopefully, Stock will improve because options are nice.

Can anyone confirm that Swinging Richard’s is still open?

I visited SR recently and kept my expectations low based on recent posts. The posts contained  some accurate observations but once again I had a great time. SR uniqueness almost guarantees a good time and something for everyone. The crowd was sizable and included women. That does not annoy me if it helps bring in the hot boys. The boys were diverse as usual and I recognized some who have been around  a while  and new faces as well. Most were entertaining and some had skills beyond the obvious including gymnastics and other theatrical elements… Fun!  Some seemed to disappear after their set and I assume they were busy in the VIP lounge. Unlike previous visits, I did not venture into the VIP lounge. I am still little hesitant for that level of contact at this point but many of the dancers were lounge worthy. The stage was empty only once and there was at least one dancer or more  on stage all night. There was no table service so when parties left there was no clean up. People seemed to push the mess aside, go to bar to get their drinks and tip generously stage side. Overall, I was happy with the vibe and would not hesitate to return. Everyone is adjusting to the post pandemic world and I assume this applies to clubs as well. I’m pulling for SR to survive..

Mixed bag for me. I went in especially to see Phillip. The man is gorgeous in person however I thought he was too money-minded and kind of in-your-face which put me off completely. The other dancer i wanted to see was Nico and he never showed up and now i know why based on the post above. Dylan was also hardly seen, i think another patron took him out as well. So much for the "headliners" and their rich dads. The crowd was at times unbearable. One could not move and guys just stood and stared.. why don't people just make a choice and move on... I won't be surprised if someone passes out at this event. And then there was this newcomer - Ollie from DC - who walked in fully clothed and took a tour of the premises. Absolutely stunning to look at so i asked him if he planned on dancing... his reply - "You guys won't be able to afford me. I am all pure muscle and these are all roid-heads". I was speechless as he turned and walked out of the venue. On the positive side i had one of my best lap dances ever with a relatively new muscular blondish white guy - Ken from Long Island - so sensual and BF type. Ever had the experience where you effortlessly bust a nut without your hands getting anywhere close to your junk ?
Well.. onto the next one....

My recent experience had the potential of approaching tragic status but in the end I was not totally disappointed. I agree the quality of guys has declined and the crowd appears thinner, but I always seem to find an attraction. It appears the changes regarding pay etc has resulted in the hot guys showing up later in the night therefore be prepared for a late night. I tried not to compare my previous experiences with the current scene hoping that the situation improves. There are a number of dancers from Cuba, Columbia that are attractive and willing to share a good time. After my initial dissatisfaction, the night improved and I will consider future visits. I would hate to see SR go down in flames.
