He describes himself in his ad as, 'first and foremost, friendly and approachable'.  His many ecstatic reviews emphasize that sentiment emphatically.  It's an attribute that I find extremely appealing (not to mention every other aspect of his ad). 

That's why I find it extremely frustrating that after seven months of trying to engage him in the friendliest, most complimentary, most sincere and respectable way I can, he can't  offer me any acknowledgement of any kind. No "thanks", "not interested"...nothing. This just does not mesh with the "nice", "friendly", "approachable", "sweet", 'great" guy I keep reading about.  I just don't get it.

I sure wish I knew the secret to hiring him.

I question how actively Sharok pursues the business. I find all his porn/internet performances insanely hot and I've kept an eye on his RM ad. His last log-in was July 14.  Prior to that, he hadn't checked in there for months.  (His latest review is from 2019!) 

I know from his OnlyFans site that he travels quite a bit to Europe, often for extended stays. I know he was traveling to Europe around the time of his last log-in on July 14.  About six weeks ago or more, his ad disappeared from RM entirely and I thought he decided to hang it up. Maybe even relocate to Europe permanently. (His involvement on OnlyFans has also slowed down recently.)

About three or four days ago I was pleasantly surprised to see his ad resurface on RM, exactly how it was before.  But it still says 'last log-in July 14'. How does that happen? Makes me wonder if it was some kind of automatic renewal that he might not even know about.

Anyway, I'm glad he's still around and I hope to hire someday.

I do think it's just odd for a client to hit providers up, ask them to meet and then when it comes time to meet you get ghosted, in my experience. Or if clients will hit me up and ask for nudes and then once I do, you don't hear a thing. 

On the flip side, I, as a client, wouldn't waste anyone's time. But I find it odd when a provider advertises his services continuously, and yet when I reach out multiple times with the utmost sincerity and respect in hopes of arranging a meeting, I am not granted the dignity of a response of any kind.

As a client, I've wondered this about some escorts I've reached out to.

His ad is back to being listed as NYC home base.  If I had known he was only visiting LA for a finite amount of time I might have tried to contact him. Instead, when they indicate the city they're only visiting as their 'HOME' city, it leads one to believe there's plenty of time to connect. One of my pet peeves about Rentmen.

Curious if you'd be willing to book him again in the future, since he 'graciously' decided to accept your offer of half fee for cancellation.  (I wouldn't.)  Guys like this really shouldn't ignore the prospect of repeat business. But I think a lot of them do.

I think RMs convention is more like this:

Curved arrow:  Message sent via RM

Single check:  Recipient has logged in and RM has notified them that the message is waiting.

Double check:  Recipient has read the message.

Yes!  I just came back in here to say that I re-checked a message thread on RM and I do indeed see notes I've sent with a double check mark that have NOT been replied to.  So now I'm going with YOUR theory.

Yes, I think I've got it now.  Next, a single check means the the non-responsive recipient read the post, and a double check would mean he replied to the post if he could be bothered to respond at all.
