  1. For me, the biggest consideration for a first meeting is "does the broker understand and embrace my investment style". I want to make sure we can agree on what the forest looks like before we start looking at any individual trees. Once I am ready to look at the trees, so to speak, ask the broker to "use a fresh set of eyes" and to identify any immediate changes to propose. If the broker comes up with too many changes, for me that is a red flag...I was comfortable with what I had and wholesale change proposals means we do not have a meeting of the minds and nothing scares me more than an over aggressive broker. The new broker should not be suggesting anything but a tweak here or there and should be able to explain to you why. Good luck and I hope it works out!
  2. Maybe give it a minute before you bump again?
  3. Don't confuse upselling (offering additional services) for a shakedown. What you experienced was a shakedown - basically guilt tripping you into tipping more is even less acceptable than upselling in my book.
  4. You may find this useful: https://www.mymoneyblog.com/peerstreet-case-study-beverly-hills.html I like how Jonathan, the owner of the site outlines pros and cons. Search his site if you have a specific service/product in mind, he's been at this for a while.
  5. Doesn't work for me in New York - unless I use a VPN set for Europe. I think it may be your (and my) internet service provider. I have Verizon Fios so they may be the culprit.
  6. I agree - haven't seen him since the start of the pandemic and didn't realize he was back in NYC. I remember having a good time with him - I would repeat if I had the opportunity. 👍
  7. Also on rentmasseur here: https://rentmasseur.com/Kevin_French His has a lot of great rentmen reviews. I am tempted, but my recent experience with a traveling companion is making me hesitate.
  8. Actually in all seriousness the Neue Gallery on Fifth Avenue is a favorite of mine. I enjoy the period and the broad selection of art on display. They may still be offering reduced admission due to the work being done on one of the floors.
  9. https://www.museumofsex.com/ 😜
  10. He was in Boston this week and now goes by https://rentmen.eu/Hotkidnextdoor/ Nice guy, cute in his own way, but he has limits that wasn't clear to me from our discussion. I guess you could say our definition of "versatile" is quite different. Make sure you request up to date pics - something without a hat. I would not repeat and cannot recommend in the deli. If you are just looking for a straight-ish guy for, let's say a massage or body worship, then he may be what you are looking for.
  11. You don't provide much details - not sure what your age range, type etc might be. My suggestion would be that you reach out to a reliable escort (I recommend Kiddo if he is your type https://rentmen.eu/Kiddo) and ask him to recommend a 3rd. I know for a fact that he plays well with others and I know him well enough to trust his judgment if you tell him what you are looking for. I avoid boyfriends - that has proven to be a situation that can get really awkward.
  12. Thank you for making my head spin! lol
  13. He's been around for years. Have been using the same pics for 5+ years. If you want a rub and tug, okay but this is the deli section so I will say that well is dry - I would not recommend.
  14. I have had the card for a couple of months - their travel site is very clunky. I couldn't figure out how to search for business class seats and went back to Orbitz. 🤷‍♂️ If you want to get away from all the festivities for a bit, Point Loma is one of my favorite getaway spots to enjoy the ocean. The rocks overlooking the ocean makes for quite a scene.
  15. Rentmen gives you the ability to pic age and weight... give it a whirl. Here is an example of somebody you may want to consider. https://rentmen.eu/FutureDILF
  16. You used "rule of thumb" on St Patrick's day? How can I resist posting this from back in the day... (warning it is politically incorrect and includes both violence and salty language!) https://youtu.be/4E1weruUCeg
  17. Happy endings are not a thing if you see a licensed massage therapist. It's like going to the doctor or dentist. They have a professional code of conduct. If you find a masseur at a spa or website (like rentmasseur) where most are not licensed then you may be able to get that happy ending if there is chemistry. Even these non licensed masseurs have limits. In general they don't have sex with clients - for that you should look elsewhere. Perhaps an escort.
  18. As @Vegas_nw1982 indicated, if you want to advertise as a "licensed massage therapist" or LMT you will need to go through the training and certification process. But if you just call yourself a "masseur" and don't indicate any licensing, you can probably slide by with just a basic rub. Just like you can call yourself a "bookkeeper or accountant", but not being licensed as a "certified public accountant".
  19. I don't really speak "Marriott" but I would suggest finding a hotel in midtown, close by Hells Kitchen and Times Square. The Marriott Marquis and the Westin are both popular with my friends. The rooms are smallish, but that is typical NYC. For a larger space, consider a Residence Inn as they usually have a small seating area as well.
  20. I never knew you were a man of such...excess! 🤣
  21. I guess I am used to wearing multiple hats so it doesn't look odd. I am still not paying $400 an hour though! 😋
  22. This thread may be helpful. https://www.companyofmen.org/topic/118587-prep-surveyquestion/ Heymistr provides Descovy (not Truvada). A few guys I talked to reported slight upset stomach for a day or two when they started but it settled down and they are all still on Descovy. It is quite convenient to get your meds and your quarterly testing kit delivered to your door.
  23. He is back in NYC - anyone seen him? https://rentmasseur.com/ScandiNYC
