  1. I have a deep rooted appreciation for drag and drag queens. When I was a wee lad studying in Ireland, trying to find myself, I scraped together all my courage and dragged (pun intended!) myself over to a gay bar. The place looked a little seedy on the outside, not "the hottest gay joint in town", but the kind of low key place with a few locals, where a stranger can scope things out on the QT - just what I was looking for. Upon entry I was greeted by a beautifully dresses lady in drag. I had never seen teeth that white, lips that red or a gown so meticulously crafted out of red faux silk. She steered me towards the bar and settled me next to a local bloke. Big, bald, hairy, tattood, loud - the exact opposite of what I wanted, but just what I needed. He gave me one look and yelled at the barkeep: "Hey Giúiré - this one is too young for a pint of the black stuff!" The barkeep chuckled. The drag queen on stage (I later got to know him as Sammy), next to the bar interrupted her joke telling to glare at him and replied: "Don't you start on him Atticus - you manky old savage!" She floated off the stage, came over to say hello and said out loud, aiming for it to be overheard: "Hmm. Somebody throw me a life vest - I am about to drown in sea green eyes!" Then she winked at me and walked off. Someone from the other side commented:"I know whose keeping me warm tonight!" There I was, a too tall, too skinny, too insecure lad, blushing like I had never before. She stopped, turned to him and said: "Well, Sean, I am glad you are putting that Merino wool blanket I got you for Christmas to good use". Now the whole bar was paying attention. "Merino wool? You got it on sale at Tesco and left the tag on!" Sean complained. She gave him a brilliant smile and the whole bar laughed. They may have been a little drunk by that point. I didn't care. Suddenly I was part of the family.
  2. Dude! This makes 10 bumps in the past 24 hours!! It may be time to limit your screen time... 🙈
  3. @Coolwave35 I believe you are falling behind on your goal. Up and at 'em fella! 😋
  4. I get cruised sometimes at the store, at the park or even on the train. There was a time when I made full use of all opportunities, but nowadays I am a little more cir-CUM-spect. 😄 Hope you get a call back - good deeds should be rewarded!
  5. Good advice from @FrankR. I would only add that it is usually best to deal with these things sooner rather than later. They don't age well and tend to fester. 👍
  6. Met this young man earlier this week - fun and friendly guy with a great attitude. He doesn't host but was happy to come to my hotel in NYC. A little younger than I usually go for, but no regrets here. Ask for face pics - he is handsome but being discreet. I guess I would call his body "twinkish" and slim...he speaks softly and carries a big stick! English skills are great, very polite and had no problem communicating. Would definitely see him again. https://rentmen.eu/SlimBoy_BR
  7. I really liked the character of Chrisjen Avasarala - to really appreciate the character you need to read the books (especially book 3). Sadly she wasn't present in season 3. Hope she makes a comeback in the next season. 😎
  8. I was pleasantly surprised by how true they are being to the outline of the books it is based on. (At least up until now where I am, which is Season 3). Steven Strait is so hot too!
  9. Scott Speedman is still a hottie - he aged very nicely! Just saying... 😛
  10. We are all gullible in one shape or another - and we all have our vulnerable moments. Myself...I have an astonishing collection of "as seen on TV" merchandise that will be worth millions one day!! 😁
  11. For me, the biggest consideration for a first meeting is "does the broker understand and embrace my investment style". I want to make sure we can agree on what the forest looks like before we start looking at any individual trees. Once I am ready to look at the trees, so to speak, ask the broker to "use a fresh set of eyes" and to identify any immediate changes to propose. If the broker comes up with too many changes, for me that is a red flag...I was comfortable with what I had and wholesale change proposals means we do not have a meeting of the minds and nothing scares me more than an over aggressive broker. The new broker should not be suggesting anything but a tweak here or there and should be able to explain to you why. Good luck and I hope it works out!
  12. Maybe give it a minute before you bump again?
  13. Don't confuse upselling (offering additional services) for a shakedown. What you experienced was a shakedown - basically guilt tripping you into tipping more is even less acceptable than upselling in my book.
  14. You may find this useful: https://www.mymoneyblog.com/peerstreet-case-study-beverly-hills.html I like how Jonathan, the owner of the site outlines pros and cons. Search his site if you have a specific service/product in mind, he's been at this for a while.
  15. Doesn't work for me in New York - unless I use a VPN set for Europe. I think it may be your (and my) internet service provider. I have Verizon Fios so they may be the culprit.
  16. I agree - haven't seen him since the start of the pandemic and didn't realize he was back in NYC. I remember having a good time with him - I would repeat if I had the opportunity. 👍
  17. Also on rentmasseur here: https://rentmasseur.com/Kevin_French His has a lot of great rentmen reviews. I am tempted, but my recent experience with a traveling companion is making me hesitate.
  18. Actually in all seriousness the Neue Gallery on Fifth Avenue is a favorite of mine. I enjoy the period and the broad selection of art on display. They may still be offering reduced admission due to the work being done on one of the floors.

  20. He was in Boston this week and now goes by https://rentmen.eu/Hotkidnextdoor/ Nice guy, cute in his own way, but he has limits that wasn't clear to me from our discussion. I guess you could say our definition of "versatile" is quite different. Make sure you request up to date pics - something without a hat. I would not repeat and cannot recommend in the deli. If you are just looking for a straight-ish guy for, let's say a massage or body worship, then he may be what you are looking for.
  21. You don't provide much details - not sure what your age range, type etc might be. My suggestion would be that you reach out to a reliable escort (I recommend Kiddo if he is your type https://rentmen.eu/Kiddo) and ask him to recommend a 3rd. I know for a fact that he plays well with others and I know him well enough to trust his judgment if you tell him what you are looking for. I avoid boyfriends - that has proven to be a situation that can get really awkward.
  22. Thank you for making my head spin! lol
  23. He's been around for years. Have been using the same pics for 5+ years. If you want a rub and tug, okay but this is the deli section so I will say that well is dry - I would not recommend.
