Looking for some intel on any of these guys. Interested in connecting with someone outside of my usual New York City hires. Considering it's Toronto, I have to say I'm not shocked. I find the "trolls" here whether it's cruising, sex clubs or bathhouses to be on another level. I'm guessing you're referring to Nick Kross? we were trying to connect for a session and he also suggested a bathouse but I politely declined for the exact experience you've been through. With my luck the "trolls" would ruin my session. 

To answer the title in the thread...can it? Yes. But in my experiences I'd lean more towards that it is. And I find it intensified in the gay community, one where inclusivity is preached a lot.

In NYC there's a bunch but in my opinion the only one worth going to is The Blue Store on 8th Ave and 21st. It's in Chelsea which is a huge gay community and close to the other major ones (Hell's Kitchen and West Village). It's open 24/7 and is generally packed Mon-Fri during the lunch hour (a lot of offices, including Google HQ blocks away) and from the afternoon rush to early evening. On weekends it's busy in pockets from mid-day through the overnight until about 3-4am. 

Very mixed crowd and I've seen pornstars, jocks, IG fitness guys, construction guys, FedEx and Amazon workers, tourists, just everything. 

The only issues are the hustlers, the trolls, the odd drugged out person, and the aggressive employees that bang on the door if you don't put money into the video machines.

There's 6-8 additional places all along 8th avenue. Rainbow Station directly across the street, Harmony (formerly Blue DVD) on 8th Ave just a few blocks south of The Blue Store,  the other Blue Store also on 8th Ave (19 blocks up on W 40th St, quick 5-10 minute train ride), Vishara Video, Gotham City Video, and Jayasara Video also on 8th, but as far as foot traffic those don't compare in my opinion. 

During the pandemic a GH popped up in the washroom at Hudson River Greenway by 76th street and Riverside Drive. It turned the place into a must go-to but as usual, guys couldn't be discreet so that got closed up though action still happens there.

I've never asked for it but I've definitely been offered 30-minute sessions as an option by a few providers. Some reputable guys, some I'd consider the "Millenial Gen-Z provider" where everything is on the fly and they don't go about the business in the standard professional way. 

Guess it depends on what you're looking for. Also I recognize over here where I live the "standard" is throw out the door sometimes.

While I agree 1000% what was done to you was completely wrong and I'm glad you stood up to the guy and kicked him out, clients get scammed often too. Maybe that sentence was in reference to guys outside of this forum, but like a posted said in this thread, clients on this site are ready to-go and book with a provider. So when guys on here say they don't pay deposits it's for a reason. 

I definitely agree that in general people are more shittier and have no empathy. It really intensified IMO when covid lockdowns hit, and now that it's over it's the wild wild west in society.

As for hotels even pre-pandemic I've always had to pay deposits from high-end hotels to regular chains like Holiday Inns etc.

And thats always been my rule until late last year. I had been in talks with a straight aspiring bodybuilder. When a night was locked in and ready-to-go he asked for a $60 deposit. I NEVER do deposits but considering the time, the anticipation of finally getting with this guy, and my hormones going off I didn't think things through properly. I was hesitant but still moved forward and sent him a $40 deposit. He accepted it, blocked me on all platforms and "disappeared" (I had been following some of his gym buddies on socials so I saw he was still around). 

Lesson learned and I'm never doing deposits again. 

I'm sorry to read what you've been through @Jarrod_Uncut but when it comes to deposits and being scammed I feel both providers and clients deal with risks when it comes to that subject. But I'll assume providers definitely deal with the risks more. I am glad you kicked the POS out. I'm not sure what he was expecting to happen when he arrived.

Absolutely no doubt Breezy's not the most above board and he may well influence them. But he also has 20 or so other guys who hang with him. I'm not seeing anything on LSPG comments that they're rip offs and if they're photoshopping (as many do) they are incredibly good at it. Now many of the other OF sites that have $15 or $20 subs and sell $40 or $50 ppv's are a different matter.  But I see them moving into the GFP crowd very fast for very young kids.
