Just an aside, but I have as my general physician a man who is widely regarded as the best in Europe. I once asked him about testosterone supplementation as it has been discussed here before. His view was that there is no safe level of supplementation as no-one knows what is a normal level for a man. Second, my experience here is that commendations are welcome; warnings not so much. Whenever the guy was asked about here afterwards, I would post a note of caution about him overpromising/underdelivering. Describing a bad experience with a well-reviewed guy invites an avalanche of criticism from his fans and supporters. I’d replied to a polite enquiry from an established poster about a very fit guy I’d dated and it was followed by more specific, detailed questions.
