Is Reddit an Escape from Social Media Madness?
+ DrownedBoy replied to mike carey's topic in The Lounge
Reddit is too deep a rabbit hole - I used it a little during the pandemic, then removed it from my phone. It's just too time consuming, and impossible to hold a real discussion on anything. -
The "source" mentioned here is completely irreliable.

Why does it have to be so complicated?

Florida - 26yo Hungarian killed 2 elderly disabled gay men
+ DrownedBoy replied to BeamerBikes's topic in The Lounge
No...he was charged with second degree murder, which isn't capital. I have no idea why, since there was enough planning involved to make it premeditated. At times like this, it's good for the gay community to join together and offer a lifetime supply of cigarettes to any inmate who shivs him. -
Chaplain in NYC arrested for soliciting an escort
+ DrownedBoy replied to ShortCutie7's topic in The Lounge
That's nothing. Years ago, a NY priest ended up blowing all his church's money on escorts. Male ones. -
In this economy, everyone is a product, and everyone has to sell themselves. That's why they call us "resources" instead of people at large firms. Providers are no different, and they deserve legal status in recognition.

Well, when I used Google Translate, he acted like he didn't understand that either, so I suspect it's one of his acts to keep control. Very common among Latinos.

He was....he wanted to do a lot more than I wanted him to

Provider Cancels on Weekend Getaway at the Last Minute
+ DrownedBoy replied to FaustOust's topic in Questions About Hiring
And why did you remove it? In fact, why did you even accept contact with the dumb kid after he pulled that stunt. You should have blocked him immediately. Most people are irresponsible, yes. So you have to use discipline. Letting the brat off like this just enables bad behavior. -
I was wondering why he had several 5 star reviews, but when I contacted one, he told me it was a lousy hire. Worse, kissing must be on his won't do list too. It's a shame. His frame has that plump muscular build so common in rural areas, the true American boy with pecs and the baseball cap... not a single brain cell to get in the way....

Once was enough too. He is very sexually aggressive and I believe means well, but he doesn't speak a word of English, and he goes into "it's taking me forever to read this and I can't understand" mode when I tried translating into Spanish. He's in the business to do what we wants, or thinks the client wants, but he's unwilling to follow instructions.

Don't forget what would happen to providers visiting from Columbia if Homeland Security got wind in the current political atmosphere. -
I encounter him whenever he's in Chicago. Last time was a couple weeks ago. Rubin is correct, in that his photos are about 5 years outdated, but the rest is great IMHO. However I'd confirm with him to make sure he'll do what you want.

Cringe. If someone wants to support Mangione because he took a stand against an immoral industry, shooting a man who was a mass murderer by any rational definition of the term, that's commendable. This is a republic; the people should speak. If someone wants to support Mangione only because he's sexy, they're little girls.

Provider Cancels on Weekend Getaway at the Last Minute
+ DrownedBoy replied to FaustOust's topic in Questions About Hiring
It's also the reason why clients need to police the business as well. Clients who give a pass to unprofessional providers just make it harder for both sides. Clients who cheat providers make all clients look bad. Clients are the only people who can warn other clients about unprofessional providers. Clients need to be friendly, hospitable, and honest in their dealings, but not forget who starts with the money. -

This boy acted completely unprofessional, and his excuse was just laziness. You lost money because of him, and he should have pushed himself. Give his information on the deli so we can avoid him. -
Without being explicitly political, I do wonder if New Yorkers are feeling like their legal system is being manipulated by the current administration. I can see that becoming a factor at the trial when the federal charges come through. Meanwhile, I'll keep an eye on this as I sit back, watch our corrupt society go down the toilet, and laugh.

America has its upper and lower class accents too. I must have been the only guy in my university class with a Chicago accent, which is considered working class, and from which my classmates tried to wean me off. The weird thing about America are the extreme regional differences. I can tell the difference between a New York, Boston, or Chicago accent, but I found Southerners can't, and refer to them all as "Yankee accents " Likewise, I've met Southerners who can tell the difference between Atlanta, Memphis, New Orleans, Southern Illinois, etc., although all Southern accents sound the same to me.

How long is the perfect length of time?

I do 2 hours but I'm always done by the end of that time. I'd like to know how you book a 90 minute meeting.... -
Then mix placebos in with the Viagra.

Clients who almost exclusively seek straight providers.
+ DrownedBoy replied to studchaser's topic in Questions About Hiring
I suspect that gay clients who only hire "straight" providers are the same guys who are "straight-acting" and who will only associate with "straight-acting" gay people. You can call that what you want.... -
It sounds like Mr. Number had this guy pegged already. Not exactly hush-hush. And you're allowed to post Mr. Number screenshots.
