First of all, scientific research isn't prejudice. Putting things into different boxes and making predictions based on a variable are the essence of science. That being said, I read the Strauss-Howe theory in college, during the late 90s. They claimed younger voters would be more likely to elect an autocratic leader. They claimed Millennials (who they defined as college graduates around 2K) would be the generation that fixes everything. They also claimed a crisis of Revolution/Civil War/WWII proportions should have happened by now, and coincidentally enough, the theory just kept getting updated from the original version I read. Analogy isn't science, and you don't change the goalposts - I don't think highly of the Strauss-Howe model.

I can't repeat enough this one piece of advise above - spend an overnight together first so you know you'll get along. You're on a business trip, and thus in a vulnerable position should that boy decide he wants more. Make sure you have a backup plan if he causes trouble.

Likewise, you have to treat them with kid gloves. This morning, some juniors made the same deployment error they've made 6 weeks in a row. I'd be gone if I had done that 20 years ago; now you can only "constructively aid" those lazy bastards into doing their jobs.

I should clarify. The kind of "client" who would screw with a Latino wouldn't be a regular. They'd be those guys who endlessly text and screw with escorts. I can see some doing this. But the biggest effect I think are the platforms themselves - RentMen, RentMasseur, MintBoys, etc. I hate to say it, but undocumented escorts on there are very low hanging fruit for authorities. I wouldn't be surprised if ICE agents book providers, then arrest them for deportation. This will lead to a high turnover rate from foreign providers, and more precautions on facial pictures. Sounds right. I've had to fire Gen Z escorts (personal) and employees (as part of a group). Being on time is the constant problem. One new finance guy never showed up until 1030, even when he had morning meetings. With Gen Z escorts, it's a coin flip if they even answer your text, and they tend to think they can reschedule you whenever they want. I'm sure a little starvation will improve their attitudes.

I can only think of twice where I hired someone I had hired long ago, and both times, the second visit sucked. Probably because, in both cases, the escort was technically "retired" and there was nothing negative I could report about them.

Agree. I mentioned earlier the drug-addicted (but now sober) provider who got escorted out by security after threatening a manager and myself.
