Wonderful weekend as always! I've lost track of how many of these I've attended, but it's become the highlight of the year for me. Really sorry to have missed @David-SF's pool party and the dinner, but it was great to see everyone. Thank you @Oliver and his Hot Helpers for keeping it going. Always so much fun!

Talk sports, finance, literature, health, travel… whatever. The core site user base is men interested in hiring men, and this is by design.
Also, using the word “prostitute” in 2024 reflects more poorly on the person using it than the person to whom they are referring. “sex worker” is the appropriate term for this century.

I just got home to LA and I already miss the warm weather of Palm Springs. Thank you again for a fun weekend. Everyone who hosted @David-SF and @Oliver! Plus everyone who I connected and re-connected after the year! It was my 3rd time going in a row and it was my favorite year yet! Hope to see you all again and maaaaaybe ill find myself at Inndugle next year 💞

At the risk of one of those tangents, I remember as a kid reading the Britannica Yearbook (yes, I was and am that sort of person) and seeing the Südtiroler Volkspartei as being represented in the Italian Parliament. South Tyrol was an Austrian province until it was annexed by Italy after WW1 and remains majority German-speaking.

Taking this slightly off subject but the "Britannica" in all forms was the fastest way to misinformed and create a bias point of view about history, reality, etc. I'm not surprised the outrage Germanic people living under Italian rule. 
 
I think it's time for him to go... soon his anti-vaxxer stand will be a minor issue about his personality. It's not going to end up well.

Personally, when I didn't live alone, I always made it clear to anyone I invited over. Even now I make it clear that I have a dog.
HOWEVER, whenever I have heard people complain and cry "HE should have told me!" My response has always been "if it was that important to YOU, YOU should have asked."
Like so many things we discuss here, it really calls for reasonable behavior on both sides of the relationship.

I have noticed so many people in the media, especially on my sports talk shows I watch, wondering why people were so into this. Honestly it's all about being in the path of totality. If you're somewhere where just part of the sun was obscured it's not really all that exciting.

I've gone swimming naked when out on the lake with a co-worker (not during business hours).  It's not embarrassing if you own it!  My neighbor, who is also a co-worker, and invites me over on summer nights for a dip in his pool, both of us naked.  I've hooked up with someone, and at the end of the hookup he told me he knew me from work... We sat on a committee together.
I have no problems if I come across a co-worker or acquaintance at a clothing optional hotel, or at a bathhouse for that matter.  We're both there for the same reason!  If you're worried about rumors spreading that you attend these types of places, remember: Whoever saw you would have to admit they were at the same place if they told someone else about you.  So forget about it!

PS. I hate the LAX immigration queue. Over 90 minutes tonight. OK, I'm over it now!!

And I am about to do just that now, to go to the airport for my flights to Melbourne then on to Los Angeles. I can't wait to get to Palm Springs tomorrow. Well Thursday, and it is already Wednesday here, that's my story and I'm sticking to it!
