Pants started getting tight in the early 60s. My older brother wore jeans so tight that we thought he looked a little silly.

After Sex Do You Sleep Nude Or Wear Something?

Odd. I don't have a big dick, but my dick and balls often hang pretty loose, enough to be floppy. I enjoy the feeling. -
Sometimes performers retain their star power even when they are otherwise shot. I saw Rosemary Clooney in the early 90s here in San Francisco. She was big as a house and her voice was gone but she still gave a wonderful show. The audience loved her. I was very glad to have been there.

After Sex Do You Sleep Nude Or Wear Something?
Rudynate replied to + Avalon's topic in Questions About Hiring
I always thought I wanted a nightshirt until I had one. I found it pretty uncomfortable, it always hiked up as I was sleeping. Wore it a few times and gave up on it. It was also just too much to wear to bed. As older kids, we always slept in our underwear. We thought of nightclothes as being for little kids. I've only recently gone back to sleeping naked. I stopped doing it years ago, and had gotten in the habit of sleeping in a pair of boxers and a tank top. I read a while ago that the sleeping naked is supposed to be healthful, so I want back to it. I really enjoy getting under the covers with nothing on. Years ago, I asked my partner for some silk PJs for Christmas. He got me a beautiful pair and I loved sleeping in them. The bottoms wore out pretty fast. I still have the top. -

I want to move to New York and commit to escorting
Rudynate replied to JamieDelRey's topic in Questions About Hiring
I think there's a rather large niche for well-hung guys with twink builds. 6.5" thick? Sure that's too much for some guys, but it's the stuff of dreams for many more. Learn to be one of those tops about who clients say, "I can't believe I took him balls deep and it was wonderful." -
And the results are outstanding. I guess I'd better do the same.

Don't be surprised to find that making some initial changes energizes you to make others.

Would PRP help post-traumatic osteoarthritis?

I wish I could tell how this happened, because I'm not sure. I eat anything I want, but the corollary to that is that I have no desire to eat things that are bad for me. Trust me, I wasn't always this way.

My rehab has been a little bit counter-intuitive. Conventional wisdom has it that once you've had a fusion, you're done doing squats and deadlifts. I do squats and deadlifts. I do keep the resistance down. I had some problems with my hips but I have a set of hip mobility exercises that keeps my hips very comfortable. I've only had two procedures - a l3-s1 decompression in 2009 and a l4-s1 fusion in 2011. In addition to curing my back pain, it cured me of ever having an elective surgery again.

In the UK, the NHS will not pay for Prep. So they do what I do. HIV/AIDS service orgs in the UK are recommending the generic Truvada from India.

Sometimes the docs don't know. When I told mine I was taking a generic to Truvada that I got from India, he asked me if I had difficulty affording the branded drug. I told him how much cost and he was shocked.

Actually, the member services guy that I talked to at Kaiser before I went on Medicare looked at my scripts and said I might actually be money ahead if I could stay with conventional coverage. From describing it, it sounds like I'm hopelessly ill, but I'm not. I take a handful of things for asthma and allergies. The only thing I take that is semi-exotic, besides Truvada, is one of the new-generation blood thinners, called direct thrombin inhibitors, for a clotting problem. I think it's sad that I have to buy meds offshore, but I don't mind it too much. I'm just glad there's an alternative. So, if you expect your part C coverage to actually pay for your prescription drugs, you have to stick with old tried-and-true standbys and generics. No Truvada or any of those exotic biologics that they advertise on prime-time TV

I've had my share of back problems and taken bushels of neurontin, norco, tramadol, dilaudid and valium. I even enjoyed it. But after I didn't need it, I didn't take it. I had my last spine surgery 7 years ago. I have worked so hard at rehab that I am pain free, it's as though none of it ever happened.

With private insurance, your strategy makes perfect sense. With Kaiser, my co-pay for a 90-day supply of Truvada was $70.00. That was my only OOP cost. Medicare changes everything. Medicare part C doesn't take into account the preponderance of drugs such as antivirals and biologics that cost tens of thousands per year. So a huge number are pushed into the doughnut hole where you have to cover nearly 100% of the cost of your prescription drugs. In 2018, you need to spend $5000.00 OOP while you are in the doughnut hole, before you get to the other side that qualifies you for catastophic prescription coverage, which covers nearly your entire cost. I'm getting almost all of my prescription drugs from India. I take one drug that retails in the US for $300.00 per month. I get the same drug from India for $50.00 for a 90-day supply. I take one drug that I could get from India, but it would be a huge hassle. That one I get from Kaiser. A year's supply of that one drug retails for almost $4k, so it alone will almost get me into the doughnut hole by the end of the plan year. Fortunately, everything resets at the beginning of the new plan year.

It helps to learn to see food as fuel and to learn that you don't have to reward yourself with a sensual experience every time you eat.

It's a very Byzantine website. I had it figured out once, but then forgot after not visiting the site for awhile. I did all that because I was taken with a Turkish guy named Erkan and wanted to be able to locate his profile easily.

I'm on medicare now, and the truvada, along with my other prescription drugs, would push me into the doughnut hole in two months. For the past year, I've been taking a generic from India that costs 50.00/month.

My mother was quite dissatisfied with life, and always pined after nicer furniture, a bigger house, a better neighborhood, a more dynamic husband, being surrounded by a better class of people, and so on. When she could no longer live alone, we placed her in an independent living facility that was part of the Geriatric Care Center at Emory University. She was eaten alive with anger at having been "put in a home," and so failed to realize that she had achieved her dream of hanging out with a better class of people. She was surrounded by retired academics, military officers, C-level executives, clergymen and their spouses. I always enjoyed visiting her because the other residents were so interesting and nice. There was a retired philosophy professor who had a real shine for her. When I met him, we just clicked and had a long satisfying conversation. She told me that he was eager for my next visit so we could spend some more time together. And I felt the same way. Alas, he died before I could make it back there.

If you've tried therapy, was it worth the $$$?
Rudynate replied to + FreshFluff's topic in The Lounge
But some specialize in it. If I were going to take psychoactive drugs long-term, I think I would want the therapy managed by a specialist.
