As has been pointed out, these meds react differently with different people. Ambien affects me dramatically. I do everything BUT sleep. Lunesta seems to have fewer side effects. But the more you take, the LESS effective it is in helping one sleep. Just take one as directed, and know that some nights it just won't help at all. At the end of the day, I sleep better when I do all the boring things like eat well, excercise, and keep on a schedule. Frustrating, but there really aren't any magic pills out there. SIGH!!!

For those who are APP challenged, Lyft app seems to be easier to navigate. Well, that and Uber won't work on my phone. So yea, I'm a Lyft guy.

The last great American carrier flight I went on was Virgin America. Non stop from Dallas Love Field to SFO. Wonderful service, friendly staff, comfortable seats, on time delivery. It was awesome. Sadly the airline was absorbed by Alaska Air.

Seems to be heavy here in Dallas. In the news they've shown the up close and personal suffering some are going through. Very unpleasant, and yet another social stigma. Some have the sores on their faces, scarred for life.

So glad he got picked up by Tampa Bay after being cut by Las Vegas. His is such an important story, a positive representation. Also good to see he's not still making news. Just a regular guy, a football player. Great looking, too.
