Is the guy you’re interested in local to the resort area you’re staying or from the US? Is he well reviewed or reviewed at all? Driving in DC can be awful and space can be limited and expensive depending on where you stay. Living around the DC area (i.e. MD or VA) with a car is much easier. You wouldn't have problems parking.
