  1. Also, this line of work is literally where fetishization works in the providers advantage. Every worker is appealing to someone's attraction or fetish. That's what makes the client agree to pay. It's part of the marketing from the providers end. That's, that's just how this works... Why are we pretending like this isn't what it is?
  2. This is only an issue if you still live 20 years ago. This is a very old timey way of looking at things. It's 2025 and the proliferation of Asian culture via K-Pop, Glenn from the Walking Dead show, K-Dramas, Anime, Japanese muscle bars, Physical 100, etc, in media/pop culture has completely changed what "type" of Asians are sought after and how they can be perceived as attractive and what the Western perceptions of the East are. If you think people only want smooth boyish sub bottom Asians, you're stuck in the past. I literally joined this site to vouch for a provider who is a muscular Asian top and i got multiple DMs from people interested in details of my experience with him. OPs desire to be serviced by older men is not niche and the stereotypes of yesteryear are not the only way an Asian man can do well in this work.
  3. I'm very curious how they determined he was an escort at the airport. In the era we're in of ever increasing online surveillance and tracking. I do worry sometimes that the days of this profession/business are somewhat numbered if some country (any country) decides to make a database using the ads on sites like RM combined with the increasing use of facial recognition and other forms of government surveillance. It kind of feels like it's a matter of when not if. At the same time though, i know multiple providers who i hire regularly who fly all around within my country many many times a year and are never stopped or hassled. So, similar to the taxes issue often brought up regarding how some governments are more concerned about getting their cut than they are about your actual activity, your friend may have been more suspicious to security of non-visa work more so than specifically being an escort/masseur. Still curious what exactly would tip them off to that though.
  4. It's hilarious to me that this is something that bothers some guys so much. Having your middle finger up in a photo isn't a literal "F you don't hire me". It's just something younger people do to look non-chalant/casual/cool. It literally doesn't even register to me as something crazy, it's just a pose people do in pictures as a default. I might piss some of you off for saying this, but if a middle finger or a tongue out in a photo is a "hard pass", you're kinda showing your age (and on the other end of this, so am i to be fair) 🫣
  5. Can't speak to this provider, but considering some of these providers are getting dozens or hundreds of inquiry messages/texts a day. It's not unfathomable to me that they don't really have time to write a flowery letter for every reply (I'm being hyperbolic, but still). They're trying to book appointments, not be our pen-pals and we are paying for time with them not to get cordial texts from them. I've seen the Inbox of a provider friend of mine before and it just immediately made all "he doesn't text back in a timely manner" and "he wasn't cordial" complaints make sense. Now if they bring that "i must be hyper efficient and get in and get out" energy to the actual session, that's when i'd be mad.
  6. I actually wouldn't mind providing professional services to a provider. I do video editing on the side. And i know a lot of providers also maintain an OnlyFans page which can sometimes require them to edit video. But the level of editing OF videos require is literally just cutting back and forth between like 2 or 3 angles, you could do it on your phone in like 5 minutes (and most OF creators do). So i've never been asked for that. But it would be my most applicable skill to what they might need haha.
  7. Not directly tied to providing assistance to providers, but i also just experienced this myself. For a while i was used to providers who do not ever message me to initiate them being hired. I assume they're too busy for that and even if they weren't, why would they? I thought. I always reach out to them first when i want to hire. So recently when i started working with two providers who always reach out to me first to "hang out" or "meet up" (always for hiring though) it really threw me for a loop cause i just assumed why would they ever reach out to me first? So for like a good couple weeks i thought they were low key kinda into me or at the very least they "liked working with me" more than they were letting on but that seems like a silly porn premise. So now i just go, "hey everybody does business differently i guess" lol.
  8. Considering all the great points others have made here. If i was you, what i would do to "get around" all these potential danger points is ask your friends who do escort on RentMen to put on their profiles that they offer "4 hand massage" or "can set up 3sum or groups". This tells their clients that they have friends they can bring in (also for hire) to the experience. A client would reach out to your friend through their ad, maybe ask about a group experience, and then your friend could show the potential client just some regular photos of you that are public like screenshotted from your Instagram for example. This lets the client see you, you be hired alongside your friend (which helps with physical safety when you get there), get paid in cash, all without having any hard digital evidence that ties you to your own escort account because if the only photos being shared of you are publicly available photos then you have plausible deniability if somehow a screenshot from the DM with the client leaks or whatever.
  9. Anyone have experience with this pair of guys? Particularly the one with the arm tattoos? 10 reviews, all 5 star except for the most recent review which is 1 star. 10. Similar to NJF, i actually have had the opposite experience. Everyone I've hired so far has had accurate pics.
  11. It's starting to not be a good or bad metric on it's own to me anymore. Things that used to be red flags to me are starting to be ok depending on the context of what else is on the profile. Reviews that sounded like English wasn't the first language used to be a red flag to me (because it can come off like a bought bot farm), but depending on the guy and who that guy is most likely to appeal to and what area they're working in, that may be normal. I've seen guys with dozens and dozens of reviews which to me used to read as fake/botted/bought reviews, and then i've met them and they actually just are that good and had that many people leave reviews. I've also come to not be skeptical of lots of reviews in a short time span anymore either because some sites like Rent Men show publicly the metric of how many profile visits a profile gets. Even new profiles can wrack up thousands of views in a matter of weeks. So to think that even a new profile that has like 10k views and already had a few people take a chance and leave 5-10 reviews doesn't seem that crazy to me statistically. Now if somebody with a month old profile had 30+ reviews that would seem a little fishy. But i personally haven't seen that. Particularly on Rent Masseur too they tell you not to be too explicit in the review for obvious reasons. So there's kinda only so much you can say without getting into the details. So the fact that basically every review all use a lot of the same buzzwords to describe the massage doesn't really ring the alarm to me anymore. It really now comes down to do they have NO reviews at all, how new is the profile, do the pics look like they were taken in this decade/recently, is their profile Verified, and what their bio/description write up is like.
  12. Nope, it's a drop down selector. Everyone picks a (+/- a few years) age, and then never updates it as the years go by 😂
  13. Circling back to some of these posts i saw when i was just using this site for searching reviews but wasn't posting. I saw this guy when he was in L.A. back in June. Saw him twice in one week, had a great time with him and been desperately waiting for him to come back to L.A. since. Highly recommend if you see him in your town/city.
  14. The opinions above aren't really "cavalier", just realistic based on knowing how police have to prioritize who they go after. You're not wrong that political climate is a factor as some of us have said. But your method isn't really any safer, sting operations wait till you make a deal verbally in person because they have to actually catch you red handed. So you're not actually lowering your chances much.
  15. In my experience, providers his age are INCREDIBLY flaky. I have one who is a regular now, but the first few meets were a mess (i only stuck with him because he has a hyper specific appeal and scratches a really specific itch for me that i don't find in other providers often). I've gotten to know him over time and yeah guys this age are having a very hard time getting going in our current society. They're doing anything they can to make money, they're dealing drugs, they are providers, they've got multiple day jobs while still finishing college, they're trying to blow up on Tiktok/Youtube/Twitch (which their generation sees as basically the only way out of working a 9-5 till they die, which is not even entirely wrong these days). Not saying that means you have to put up with it, but just providing context i guess.
  16. From what i've read/heard. In the U.S. at least, police are largely not concerned with this stuff unless it's tied to other crimes like drugs and human trafficking. It otherwise isn't worth their limited time and resources. Especially now days that it's moved online and isn't a provider on the street in public (which can tie to public indecency and what not) like it used to be back in the day. Unless there's some new Satanic Panic around sex work, there's not going to be enough public pressure for government/police to want to go after that many random individuals. Kinda the same as before Weed got legalized, they'd go after you if you were being stupid/obvious about it or were selling/buying alongside more illicit drugs but they never had the time or money to go after every random stoner/dealer who didn't do anything else wrong.
  17. Definitely would hire. As much as i love topping and bottoming. In my experience, the vast majority of top/bottom providers give terrible/very short duration head and rimming (if they even do it at all) because in those scenarios its all about getting to the anal. And sometimes just getting really good head or rimming would be nice, though realistically i'm not entirely certain i would pay the same price for side play as i would for full service.
  18. I just use my real phone/number. When i was new to hiring, i got a lot of "i ignore Google Voice/VOIP numbers". And i also saw/knew providers generally aren't using encrypted apps like Signal because most of them either still require a real number or it's so secure/encrypted that everyone has to be using the same app because it doesn't support SMS (like Signal now). So eventually i gave up and just started using my real number. But the Burner app mentioned in this thread sounds promising. I might give that a go as my go to for new providers and then save my real number for trusted regulars.
  19. You'd be surprised what some people will pay. If he's charging that, it's cause people are paying it. I worked with one provider who i actually ended up vibing well with and we hung out for a couple hours after our session. He told me a story about a celebrity who hired him and gave him 10k for spending a week with him. There for sure are guys operating on the very high end of this stuff. It made me feel like such a peasant in the moment 😂
  20. Hey guys. I'm new here, this is my first post. Been using this forum as a guest to get anecdotal reviews on RM guys for a couple weeks/months now and figured I'd finally get an account and contribute. I found this guy on RM the other day and also was curious/skeptical of his profile and then found this thread with no one having worked with him yet. Decided i would be the one to take the plunge and report back (as many of you have done on other threads like this that gave me the confidence to try a certain guy i was curious about). You'll see my review for this guy pop up on his page soon if it's not there already (same screen name as here). I initially was attracted by his photos, of course. But his profile raised a lot of red flags to me. Super short bio/description, newer profile, photos not verified, similarly toned reviews like you all have pointed out in short time span, and when i messaged him the rates he quoted me seemed suspiciously low/affordable for the customizations offered (said yes to basically everything and all was included in the base rates he initially gave!) compared to others in L.A. His responses via text sometimes read like ChatGPT or call center canned responses and someone who's first language isn't English. Which is of course totally ok! But in context it didn't help ease how suspicious it felt lol. In the end though. I saw him last night. The pics are him/accurate, he did what he said he would for the rate he said he would, he was very cool/chill with me being very late due to unforeseen circumstances and still gave me the full time i booked with no rushing or attitude, and i had a great experience. Feel free to message me for more details, but yeah i'd say go for it if you're interested in him. Before he realizes he could/should be charging more 🤣
