  1. I don't think you understood what i said.
  2. It's just another word bro. No one's forcing you to use it, relax 🤣
  3. Long as you're paying for the travel and they have the time, it probably wouldn't be an issue. You can have escorts fly to you from out of state or even out of the country if you want (ones who are open to this often have "passport ready" or some variation of that on their RM profile I've noticed). It's just going to be at your expense and on you to set it up for them for the most part. They're not going to travel that far to you on their own dime unless it was there own travel plans they were already going to do.
  4. I'm always curious how many new subscribers guys like this actually get from advertising through RM. As a former frequent OF user myself, once i started hiring, i very quickly had effectively no need for OF anymore because once you hire, just watching hot guys in content doesn't really scratch the itch like it used to. So i can't imagine this advertising method really results in many new subs. But maybe i'm wrong, if it didn't work at least a little bit, they wouldn't keep doing it i guess.
  5. Bump. Yeah 5 out of 8 reviews all being the same guy and all within like 2 or 3 weeks is kinda crazy. Either fake or that guy is obsessed 😆
  6. Bump, anyone had recent experiences with Diego? The above two comments don't sound great, but also people have off nights, and based on Diego's profile creation date he was pretty new. Curious if he's gotten better/more consistent. https://rent.men/Diego_Mendez
  7. Ad is active again. Considering how many guys don't have auto-renew on and forget to re-up and then do so the next time they log back in. I kinda don't think ad expired is worth pointing out unless they also haven't logged in for 2-3 weeks, or more, or something.
  8. Those are precisely the people i was thinking of when i typed it 🤣
  9. Yeah you gotta turn on the Do Not Track Me setting. On RentMen, go to Settings and flip this switch on/to the right (image attached). When you view their profiles constantly, they get a notification every time you do. Which simply is annoying as hell, that's why they react how they do. It's like someone constantly poking you and then just staring at you. Your reaction is going to be angry or to go "what?!?!? at least say hi!" or they'll walk away. And that's pretty much the reaction you're getting. Or another comparison is, you're basically doing the equivalent of going to a store every day for the free samples and never buying anything, and calling attention to yourself while doing it. You're technically allowed to do that, but the store owner would hate you for it after a while lol. They won't unblock you once you hit this setting, but it will stop other providers from seeing how many times you view their profile moving forward, which will give them no reason to block you (unless you annoy them directly lol).
  10. I've never heard of anyone doing that either. Just seems near impossible from a practicality perspective for the reasons you listed. I do know on Sniffies there is kind of that scene of "leave the door unlocked and i just show up and you're face down ass up for me" like you said. But that just seems impossible to do in a provider/client scenario without booking a specific time. FrankR is joking, but they're also kinda right 😆. At the very very least, if you want to at least try to indulge them in this, I'd say the best you could do is maybe have them book a window of time like a minimum 4 hour window where you will be ready and waiting and they show up at any time they want within that 4 hour window. If they want the possibility of, within that time window, walking in on you with another guy and joining in, it should be another provider (that the client also is paying) that is agreed on ahead of time or they give you permission to pick the collaborator (having another client agree to possibly be walked in on ahead of time seems egregiously impractical to set up ahead of time). You would need to charge accordingly for this. Either your normal rate x however many hours you agree to be available for or maybe a slightly reduced overnight rate or whatever you think is fair. Something like this should require a deposit too because of the work/time burden this would place on you if you decided to engage. Would be a major time and money loss if you waited and they no showed or something.
  11. There's a thread on him here. Unless he's changed recently, doesn't seem like a good hire based on what's in this thread.
  12. Maybe OP has social anxiety. For people with that issue, trying to figure out what to do in social situations where you don't already know "the script" so to speak, is a high pressure situation with big (perceived) consequences if you get it wrong. And like with any mental related thing or phobia, just saying "don't be anxious" doesn't work. They kind of just need the proper answer so they know what to do, that's what relieves the stress for them. Also. Many people with social anxiety very much do raise similar questions even with interacting with people they know depending on other factors. I myself have experienced times where i thought to wish someone a happy birthday but had second thoughts because it had been a prolonged period of time where we hadn't spoken and i wasn't sure if it'd be weird from their perspective if i reached out after said time. For some, there's no second thought and they just do it, for others that can be a major "how do i do this?" stressful moment. And a client/provider relationship is not the same as a friend/friend relationship anyway. Clients of course are paying for an experience that blends fantasy with reality, but that is not the case for the provider, it's just work for them. And even if a client does cross some threshold with a provider where they are more familiar, that can still be hard for some people to navigate without it being discussed explicitly. So i can totally see why OP would wonder how others handle it so they don't do something that is unintentionally weird/awkward that would cross into a possible personal boundary for the provider. Also, OP actually explicitly states they simply do not know the etiquette for this in their post: "Or is that crossing the line into “too personal”? Interested to hear how others handle it and what’s considered normal etiquette in this client-provider universe."
  13. If they're a provider i see regularly and i know their birthday, i do send a birthday text yeah. I also actually refrain from hiring them during the week of their birthday assuming they would be taking off work for themself, unless they specifically offer a session/confirm that they're working. I've never thought to gift them stuff or birthday payments, i leave that to their high roller clients cause that's beyond my means. But there's a few where i would if i could. Going on the inverse scenario like you've brought up. I've had one provider know my birthday just from casual conversation after a session where i mentioned "oh yeah my birthday was last weekend and i went to XYZ" and he was like "oh my god why didn't you tell me it was your birthday?!" I thought he was just being nice, but now I'm wondering if maybe i missed out on a birthday session or gift 😆
  14. I recognize some of those pics and i've seen other pics of him that aren't on that profile. He's a friend of another provider i hire regularly. That provider sends me different guys for us to play with together and this MascJhon guy was one of the guys he's suggested. Haven't met up with them together yet cause my regular guy and I's schedules haven't lined up recently, but i can follow up here once i do if no one else has by then. You can find other pics of the guy online/social media if you reverse image search the non-nude photos. Looks like he has a social media following (that has nothing to do with adult content). This seems like a secret side thing he does. At least based on the pics my regular guy sent me of MascJhon, he's probably not likely to send face pics, doesn't hurt to ask though. But based on the social media profiles you can find if you reverse image search, he's definitely hot/looks like how you probably think he does.
  15. Arab_Fire's RM profile shows he's photo verified as of today. So if RMs photo verification process is anything to reliably go off of. That at least relieves my concern that he was using pics from an Instagram influencer and cat fishing. More likely to give him a try now.
  16. I'm definitely in the minority here, but i prefer on the bed honestly. I've found massage tables to be too hard for my liking, the circular face cushion thing never fits my face and they makes my face sweat. And the transition from massage to sensual/erotic/full service is very awkward. I've personally found it all around to be more comfortable on a bed, and it makes the sensual/erotic/full service portion feel more natural. Firmness/softness level of the mattress is definitely a huge factor though. I've had massages on a mattress that's very supportive with just the right amount of softness (ideal) and i've had one massage on a mattress that was entirely too soft that made both the massage and the other portion of service not good.
  17. I'm sure Telegram groups of people discussing escorts exist, but I'm not sure it'd really be drastically more or less useful than this forum though. Same thing just in a more modern "group chat" user interface compared to the "forum" interface. You could argue the Telegram group would be more focused on just discussing escorts whereas this forum has many sub-forums for non-escort related topics. Group chat interface though means there's no topics, no organization, you have to scroll through everyone's posts and side tangents, etc. Maybe a Telegram group could be better for discussing/sharing escorts specifically with people you know in real life who also hire and do so locally to where you are. Also could be good for discussing escorts who are operating via word of mouth only and don't advertise on RentMen and other sites. As this forum rightfully has rules against posting non-public info like social media or real names of guys if it's not specifically listed on their escort ad (we have to DM each other here for that if desired). To @soloyo215's and @DznNYC's points too. There's privacy related things to be aware of. Telegram does have end to end encryption via a feature called Secret Chats. However, it's important to know that this is only for one on one messages, is not on by default, and you have to turn it on for each specific chat individually. Telegram groups can be closed/invite only, but Telegram groups are not secure or private or encrypted. Plenty of people take that risk with trusted groups regularly and it's fine more often than not, but Telegram groups also get leaked/exposed sometimes because a scorned member posts screenshots or because someone gets caught and investigated. And if it ever got that far, Telegram would have the full chat logs and tied directly to your phone number (which you have to provide to make an account, but you can hide your number from fellow Telegram users in favor of a screen name) to hand over if subpoenaed. Not to say this forum doesn't have similar risk, they have our emails and IP addresses. But a VPN and burner email helps with obfuscation there.
  18. Heavily agree with @Johnnyroad. You really really do not need AI for this. At the very least, if you have to off load your own thinking/research that badly, use a service that is offline/local/on-device, because as Johnnyroad explained. The online chat bots are all regularly scanned and some inputs get flagged for investigation and can be used against you in court. Of course, but that doesn't mean you should give them more of that "material" and increase the odds they decide to act if they feel it's an increasing problem. Use your brain (rather than ChatGPT). It's similar logic to why "why should i care about my privacy they already have my data" is stupid. We all make new data every day, and they want more of it to maintain a current profile of you, the apathy is a win for them and lets them freely collect more when people actually have the ability to cut them off if they took privacy even a little bit seriously.
  19. I generally don't reach out much to other clients on RM anymore. Last couple times i did ended up in some awkward interaction where one fellow client started sending me pics of himself (to prove how hot he thought he was and that being why the provider i was asking about treated him so well) and wanted to exchange numbers and be buddies which felt super odd, and another immediately told the provider i was asking about them and then tried to like, set me up with the provider for a session before i was ready to pull the trigger. Other times, despite asking for a more detailed review, they just say "yeah he was great" or something exactly as short and vague as what's in their public facing review. I did message some of the reviewers in Arab_Fire's reviews and indeed just got replies with nothing more than what's in the public review 😆
  20. Yeah no one is saying the new options are a magic eraser. Just saying they aren't nothing either. Work is being done, study is on going, and the situation surrounding treatment resistant strains of STIs is being closely monitored by keeping track of infection numbers and their upward or downward trends, which is possible and more accurate than ever because of how many of us are on PrEP/DoxyPep and thus getting tested far more regularly these days. And specifically because those things are true; the situation has not yet, and is less likely, to spin out of control, was more so my point.
  21. I get what you're saying, but the last bit simply isn't true. Two new antibiotic treatments for ghonorrea were just approved this past December for example. https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/fda-approves-two-oral-therapies-treat-gonorrhea First new ones in decades. New treatments may not be being released and widely advertised every day but the medical field isn't just sitting around waiting for a super bug to pop up. They're doing a lot of good work, including the fact that PrEP and DoxyPep require mandatory STI testing every 3 months specifically so they can catch an increase of infections and then act accordingly if resistance and infections increase beyond normal levels. I know it feels nice to feel better than people who are being slightly less cautious than you, but you should fact check and make sure you have correct info before making statements like that. Yeah as others have said. With PrEP and DoxyPep, people are much more willing to bareback these days. I kind of compare it to wearing a hard hat on a construction site. It's just a new hard hat with roughly the same level of protection if used properly, but one is much more comfortable to wear. The provider absolutely should not have acted the way he did and pressured you to take yours off though, that's super weird of them.
  22. https://rent.men/Arab_fire New RM profile, but i don't recognize the guy. I found an Instagram profile through reverse image search that goes to a model/fitness influencer with 188k followers, but the profile doesn't seem tied to adult content at all. Seems like the type of guy someone here would recognize if he has other RM aliases or has done adult content.
  23. A client asking a provider, or a provider offering to a client, to bring another provider for group play is totally normal and happens often. It's not ridiculous or crazy at all. The provider in the review you quoted also just did it very very incorrectly. They basically pressured the client into it and then lied to them about the pricing, creating an awkward situation for the client. Bringing in other providers to a session shouldn't happen unless the client specifically asks the provider for a group session. Or if the provider offers it, the client needs to say yes for it to proceed. You then would choose the second provider yourself or let the provider show you options that you say yes or no to. And the other provider always would be paid still. Providers don't do this work for free obviously. Every step of this was done incorrectly by the provider in the review you quoted. In line with what Jamie21 said. Me personally, any time i have had a provider bring another provider, it's always discussed ahead of time before the session. The main provider i hire either asks me if i have anyone i want to bring or they show me ahead of time who they want/recommend to bring and i say yes or no. If i'm the one with a second provider i want to bring, i reach out to set it up. If i say i want my provider to bring/recommend someone, they show me their pick and if i say yes, they reach out to them and set it up for me. They make the offer to the other provider and they figure out pricing amongst themselves and then i say yes or no. So far in my experience, anytime my regular provider brings another provider, the second provider always takes the same rate that i pay my regular. If the other provider needed more or whatever the case may be, then my regular would come back to me and let me know about that and i would have to agree or disagree. Communication and consent is always the key and that's what was lacking between client/provider in the review you quoted. And my regular provider i was doing this with wouldn't just bring any one, he usually would only bring either guys he knew personally (he has a lot of friends who also are providers and we've basically run through his whole friend group together 🤣) or other guys who are very well reviewed or he's worked with for other clients who are into group sessions before. Or he also trusts my pick if i want to bring one of my other regulars (but i let him know he can veto if it's someone he has beef with or something like that). Have never had any issues doing it 🤷‍♂️ Yeah i don't think that's what OP is saying either. OP saw the review and I think it's just maybe the first time they've heard that people are doing threesomes/group sessions in general and are simply citing the review as the source of inspiration for the question about "is this something people are doing and why?".
  24. It's almost as if people like different things and your idea of a dream profile is probably wildly different to OPs.
  25. Definitely has been my experience so far after hiring for a little over a year. I've never really thought much of it though. I'm just trying to quickly set something up same as them, i don't need fake flowery intro messages personally. But i know many others enjoy that part. Well reviewed popular guys are getting dozens of messages a day and, if they're properly booked and busy, don't have time write a more drawn out thoughtful message. If they did, I'd personally assume it was a copy/paste auto response or an AI generated message anyway, which would be more off putting to me than a short message they typed. I usually get more cordial or casual messaging from them once I've booked and especially after I've hired and come back or become a regular.
