  1. They do it because they think it makes them look more bro/cool/masculine, which is usually how they're trying really hard to advertise and present themselves as. Because, in their defense, that's what a lot of clients are looking for out of them.
  2. Which is unfortunate. I'm noticing other countries in Europe are starting to do a similar thing. I admittedly was more so thinking US Domestic, where we still have the option to opt out for now.
  3. Everything we acquiesce to now opens the door for further privacy over reach later. So, while you're right on this particular use case of facial recognition. It's more so a principle of the matter thing to me. And also in general, even if what you describe is how they use it and nothing more. We've been in the era of data breaches and leaks for like 15+ years now. And our government isn't exactly secure with how they handle our data lately. So i think that's a valid concern. It's one of those things where it's not a big deal and it's fine, until suddenly it's not.
  4. Makes me wonder if the provider is talking about you to this other client often. How else would the other client know when you've had sessions with the provider (i guess unless you leave a new review after every session)?
  5. Having the funds for hiring but not having transportation is a very odd choice of priorities, i gotta say.
  6. The most recent reviewer, if you click Read All on his profiles reviews he's left, has reviews for 3 other providers dating back to 2020. That reviewer is probably real, which would make me think this provider is probably real as well.
  7. I would imagine they'd probably/maybe tell some of their longest time regulars they were retiring (just so they know or maybe even get a "one last time" in), but for the general public I'd think they would just delete their ad and vanish.
  8. Seconding this. These age/ID requirements haven't hit my state yet, but just going off of where this is all heading, i got a VPN and started using crypto for Rentmen a little while ago just to already be ahead of it. For VPNs, i like Proton, but there's many of them that are good (and also many that are basically spyware/malware, so be careful!). For anyone shopping around for VPNs, the biggest thing to look for is ones that say they do not keep logs and have 3rd party code audits to prove such. Both Proton and Windscribe (and others) do this.
  9. I've definitely noticed it a lot on RM profiles. And even Grindr/Sniffies profile. PNP is definitely on the rise. I've also noticed a lot of providers are also "plugs"/selling various things. More providers list it because more and more people are asking it of them i would assume, and it lets them subtly advertise their other menu so to speak.
  10. I've always wondered what that place is like. I see it on Sniffies all the time but i similarly think I'd be a bit too timid to make good use of that kind of scenario.
  11. Very interesting! That makes sense. Huh, yeah I've only ever been asked for a pic once and was too nervous/self conscious to provide it so i ended up not seeing that guy. I did just very recently fill in some basic stats on RM and have noticed slightly better response when i inquire with a provider. So this checks out. This is good. Very succinct, gives all info about you needed and totally puts the ball in their court to possibly effectively have something locked in within the next 2 or 3 messages. With my messages i usually don't list a preferred time i want to meet cause i assume they have a busier schedule than me and part of me wants to be accomodating for them. But in hindsight, listing a preferred day/time maybe then makes it easier for them to be like "yes i'm free then, let's do it" or "i'm not free then but i'm free X hours or the day before that". So still seems more efficient the way you do it.
  12. Maybe this is a preference thing, but I've never described myself to the providers unless they have asked me to (only one has ever asked me anything about my appearance/age before meeting), and i didn't have any of that listed on my profile until very recently either. If that's something that providers like/prefer then that's news to me haha. If I'm messaging them for the first time through text though, and we didn't already have an RM exchange. I usually start with "Hi i saw your ad on RM and was interested in booking. What are your rates and services?" This is also what i start with if messaging them via RM. ". Then i just go with the flow from there.
  13. Yeah i'm enjoying it while it lasts, but it's almost definitely gonna go away. I think it's just another aspect of the "give them a taste, take it away, and then tell them to subscribe to Premium" thing they do.
  14. As is your right, but i see this sentiment a lot here and this isn't the threat or scare tactic for providers that you think it is. There's vastly more of us clients than there are providers. They do not miss you if you decide to take your business elsewhere because they've got dozens of other people visiting their profiles and actually making a move to book. Any business operating in person is going to prioritize the people who may actually buy something over someone who walks by and window shops every day for a month straight but never comes into the store, and they don't notice if finally one day you go walk by some other store.
  15. Forgot to circle back to this. But i had tried to set something up with him. We found neither of us could host, and i think that made him lose interest. Despite my offering to book a room once he got back to town (he was in my city when i initially messaged him but then randomly appeared in another city when he finally replied, but now he's back in my city again). He also offered to send a face pic on RM (but would not do so through text), but when i asked him to send it he never replied. I checked back in with him thinking he just got busy, he said hey, then when i asked if he ever got around to sending the face pic, he ghosted again. So... 🤷‍♂️. Take that however you will.
  16. My opinion i had further up thread (when the topic was a bit more "who is flaking worse for" oriented) was the following: Though i do like PoundMeOnaPlane's take above as well. It's more keep the peace and it was very fun to read. But overall i do still stick with my original take. Flaking sucks for both parties, but it's not equal.
  17. Unless it's EVERYONE all being in agreement, then that still means it's entirely subjective. Not just to a degree, but fully 🤷‍♂️
  18. You put a whole lot of words in their mouth there. They aren't saying they will fuck anything that moves, they're saying your idea of what is attractive vs "ordinary" is subjective and not the same for everyone else and that you aren't the taste maker who decides your type is THE type. People have different types and different favorite cuisines, to go to the food metaphor you guys are using. What is your McDonald's is someone else's Michelin Star restaurant (and vice versa). And yes, plenty of modern women absolutely do prefer a dad bod guy over some red pilled muscle head. You're effectively calling all women gold diggers, give them a little more credit than that.
  19. I don't know. This forum only has a little under 22,000 members according to the All Members list. Only a fraction of which are likely active users. That guys RM profile has over twice the amount of profile views than this forum has total members, let alone currently active members. It's more than possible the couple dozen people who left RM reviews fall into the bucket of people that aren't on this forum. I think this forum is a smaller portion of the RM user base than we probably think it is.

  21. I find this to be particularly true for the 20-24 age range guys for sure. Not all of them though, some of them are cool. But a lot of them, especially ones who found out about providing after having a social media and/or OnlyFans following definitely conduct themselves in this in a way that other providers don't. Their intent is to run through as many of us as they can to "get the bag up". They generally lack the "i'm a pleaser" and genuine care for the client having a good time aspect that a lot of providers also have in addition to the business acumen. Obviously what us providers/clients do is a business relationship, but these Instagram/OnlyFans famous guys tend to not do a good job at creating the illusion that they're into the client or creating a friendly/sexy atmosphere. It's just "i have X zillion followers/subscribers, i'm hot, i'm here, and you can touch me/i'll touch you" and they think that's all they have to do. In their defense though, i've seen some of them figure out that other piece of the puzzle after their first couple months at this. A couple annoyed clients and bad reviews and mingling with other providers has some of them learn a better way to do this and they do much better after that. But some of them don't figure that out (or actively choose to not be better) and i think those are the guys who get stuck with a revolving door of one-timers.
  22. I've seen both ends of the spectrum for sure. Some guys want advanced (to varying degrees) booking and others want a same day booking or even treat it like a "right now" Grindr hookup lol. Similar to @cany10011 I've got a crazy work schedule that shifts constantly. So it can sometimes be both hard for me to accept a providers "hey you free right now/tonight?" inquiry or to book in advanced cause sometimes a future night i think i'm free will become a late work night by the time the day actually comes around. And then the majority of the times i randomly find myself free and i hit up my go to providers for "right now" or tonight, that of course is 8 times out of 10 when they're out of town or already booked or not working that night 🤣. There was one time though when i booked a few days in advanced and the night of i actually was still free to hit that scheduled meet. But the provider canceled on me early the day of. He was honest though and told me one of his longer time/higher paying regulars wanted him for that weekend and so me and another client he was scheduled to see got bumped, i understood that from the financial perspective and i appreciated the honesty so i wasn't too annoyed. And he made it up to me later 😉.
  23. I noticed the answer in that thread, someone said they verified their RM photo back in 2016 using the write down a code RM gives you and take a selfie with it method. It's now 2025... Is the photo verification process RM uses any different now? For example, some hookup/dating apps will have you upload a photo and then have you do like a face scan that they (allegedly) only keep temporarily and compare it against the photo you uploaded to verify you. Has RM upgraded to this? Or still doing the code method? I too still find myself coming across profiles that seem odd, but seeing the photos verified badge helps ease the mind. But still am curious what the current process is so i/we have a better idea of how much trust that should give us when browsing/booking. For example, one profile i was interested in a while ago had photos with their face blurred (no clear/unobstructed face photos in public album, private, or premium), but also had the Photos Verified badge. So i'd be very curious to know how that works.
  24. I think that's because you were viewing while not signed into any account. A client account should still be able to see that public nude. I can see public nudes still, but if i log out of my free client account entirely, then that's when i see what you saw with the nudes all being blurred and i get a prompt to login/subscribe. But if you go in to create an account, you still have the option to just setup a free account. They're basically trying to get a new user to go right to make a paid account, but at least as of right now, if they make a free account they still can see the public nudes, but the new user doesn't know that of course. It's a sneaky tactic to point a new user to the paid tier on initial sign up by making them think nudes all require a Premium account even though they actually don't at the moment. Not to say you shouldn't boycott or do whatever you're going to do, just sharing what i found is happening.
  25. I'm so glad Gen Z have brought back teeth jewelry over the last couple years, but in a more minimal way like this. It's so much cuter stuff like this or like the one small diamond in the middle of the tooth compared to when millennials were doing full on grills in the 2000s. I've seen some current young people with like partial grills in their mouth over like 3 or 4 teeth too, but i think maybe the jewelers who make them just have better style in this era maybe. I don't know. And in general, i'm so glad i found this thread! I thought i was the only one with a thing for nice tongues 🤣. A guy who's only mildly/barely attractive can absolutely get in my pants with a cute smile and flick of the tongue 🫣
