I saw Sam while in NYC at the end of June.  This was my third massage with him, but the first one since the pandemic and first time he hosted me at his current location in Chelsea.  The set up is good for the massage and he had the atmosphere just right to relax after a hectic travel day.  
The massage itself was great.  In fact, per my request, he focused some time on a spot in my shoulder that was bothering me.  Any time I mentioned that something felt good, he spent extra time working that area.  I walked back to my hotel, climbed in bed, and had the best sleep I had had in several weeks.  
I will try to schedule an appointment with him on my next visit to the city.

There's a masseur who provides who visits central OH regularly who's massage is similar to what was described above.  Nude throughout the massage, MT and HE at the end and a joint shower with him shampooing the hair.  He's very clear of his boundaries when scheduling the appointment.  Knowing these boundaries up front, I've never felt teased by the two of us in the shower together - and I personally find someone else shampooing me (whether in a shower or by a hair stylist) to be quite relaxing and part of the service I enjoy.  
 

I went and saw it last week.  I enjoyed it and will likely see it again.  
It was a weekday matinee showing, and when I arrived there were only four other patrons - two pairs of men - in the theater.

In my experience, the guys at Hush are super professional. I wouldn’t go there expecting a HE. I’m not saying it doesn’t happen, but the odds of it happening are very low. Especially on your first visit.

My very first massage was with Peter years ago.  At that time, he indicated that he was working on obtaining his licensing. I hired him again on another NYC trip five years later and the massage was even better the second time.  

When I've had overnight hires, it has been a mix of activity.  Usually, it involves meeting and having some bedroom play before going to dinner, then returning back for another round of play time.  That can include sharing a bottle of wine in the bath.  By the time I'm ready to sleep, there may be some cuddling as we unwind.  It's about 50/50 whether or not there is any intimacy in the morning.  
Another overnight scenario I enjoy includes going to dinner and a show - whether a play or musical, a concert, or a bar with live entertainment.   Just something that I would enjoy, but usually prefer to not attend solo.

In talking to providers with "I am Not Available" in their ads, I've been given two responses. 
1.  Traveling providers have used that when they are fully booked for the city they are visiting, but still taking appointments for other times. 
2.  Guys taking time off for the holidays, finals week, or visiting family.

This ad text states that he is also a massage therapist, so inclusion in the Spa is fine.
