Physical characteristics are objective realities that we cannot consciously disassociate from, but the ability to disregard and even to cast an aura of disbelief of those realities are wonderful skills in an escort. If I could click the +1 button in this post more than once, I would click it ten times. Escorts, at least the successful ones, are used to dealing with clients with a wide variety of sizes and shapes. I started hiring in my 50s, when I was 5-9 and 205 pounds and it never occurred to me to flag my weight to a potential hire. I just gave my stats (age, height, weight, dick size) and my interests to the escort so there were no surprises. I don't recall ever being turned down specifically because of my weight, but if there was something in that information that turned the escort off more than the money turned him on, I was glad not to see him. I just looked at ZonaTwunk's profile WITHOUT being logged in, and all the photos were blurred out. Then I logged in with my non-premium membership and the photos became visible. I've noticed this before (some photos being visible only if I'm logged in), but don't know if the escort or RM decides what's visible or not to someone not logged in.

Good advice. I've gone further, saying with a new hire that I'm sober (not true) and can't hang with someone who uses or is under the influence when I meet them. I'm not a fan of medicalizing things, but I think it makes the request more forcefully. I'm looking for the escort to be present and engaged during our sessions and any alcohol and drug use diminishes that. The gist of my point was that today's 19-year-olds don't know how to interact with other people in real life. Social skills are like all other skills. Some people naturally have great skills, others don't, but everyone improves their skills with experience. Many of today's kids don't get enough of that experience, and while they may have other positive qualities, interpersonal skills are rarely their strong suit.

I totally agree. Most 19 year olds in the '70s weren't coddled and protected from the real world the way they are now. They didn't breeze through high school and go to college regardless of how they performed (you had to study to gain admission) and you had to pay for it if your folks couldn't, because loans wouldn't nearly cover the cost. You probably had years of summer jobs and maybe an after-school job to make spending money. If you were 19 in the early '70s, you even went through the draft and might have served in the military (or gone to Canada). You just grew up faster in those days, because you were exposed to the real world and learned (by trial and error, if necessary) how to behave in society. Now, a 19-year-old probably has never had a job, might spend all of his time gaming and doesn't go out much - either to movies or restaurants or even just to hang with his friends. No wonder they're so unsocialized. Sorry. End of rant.
