Exactly. This is why I have no patience for providers complaining “it’s in my ad”.  
Providers need to understand very little in there is immutable and sometimes it lacks credibility.
So asking is actually a sign of interest rather than “wasting time” or demonstrating you are a flake. 

I try 3 times to set a appointment with him, he kept changing his schedule numbers time. I gave up. And plus he super flaky. 

Well he’s definitely not new— I’ve seen those pix before for sure. Never seen him though. 

Stickies are good for communicating short term announcements, but I'm trying to avoid them for long term messaging.  They end up eventually cluttering the display and making you scroll through a whole bunch of stuff to find what you really came for.  
My long term vision is to instead of simply having forums to also have articles and/or blogs.  These sort of things are much better for that sort of information.
I can imagine a series of articles around things like hiring best practices, communications, etc.  I can also see a set of resources/articles for providers...  how to respond to criticism, how to promote yourself, etc.  These would be things that could be more easily found in dedicated areas instead of being mixed in with literally millions of other posts.  

I’d say more a pet peeve than a red flag but if I ask 3/4 questions and some are left unanswered (eg rate) even after follow up, I can’t tell is that because of negotiation, a sensitivity about putting something in writing because of the nature of the transaction etc. 
My biggest red flags are providers asking for deposits and photos or other identifying information (full legal name, “real” phone number not burner etc).
Added to that I also have no patience for obvious rudeness or demonstrating a short fuse. Not the kind which may be a misunderstanding because a text exchange where i may misunderstand tone, but aggressive language, calling me an idiot or saying something like “can’t you read? It’s on my ad” (and it isn’t always or is buried and unclear”). Or arrogance and haughtiness “don’t waste my time” in the ad type stuff before we even speak. Putting that in writing isn’t going to change any potential time waster’s behavior but stating it that way sends a different message. I know I’m not a time waster and am sincere, even if mistakes convey another message to someone who doesn’t know me, and there are ways to politely say the same things.
Am not going to be naked in front of you if all this is considered acceptable behavior. 
As @Jamie21 says some of these topics have been discussed a lot so I won’t go into detail other than to say I know some are ok with some of these, I am not.

Based on his frequent itinerary changes and impractical weekly cross-crossing of the globe rather than touring in one country then another, I think he’s not really meeting people in all of these cities. I think his ad is only meant to drive traffic to his only fans site. There seem to be several guys with ads like this now.

Had a decent massage but not outstanding. Given the number of other masseurs, it is unlikely that I will be rebooking Dino.

I saw him once and had a similar experience. The baseline erotic massage was much less than I was expecting and didn’t appreciate the upsell. He didn’t seem very enthusiastic about it all on the day I saw him but maybe he was having a bad day. 
 
he did make a sexy as all hell film short that screened years ago at the SF Frameline film festival.  It had a voyeur theme and culminated with a really nice cum shot (his own). I had forgotten about this masseur in Milan, Italy about 15 years ago. I found him on a gay website, very hot pics, so I was expecting a sensual massage.
He was very good looking, in his early 40s, great body, wearing just shorts, very muscular. I could feel he was not particularly friendly from the beginning, but I wasn't there to look for a friend. His massage started well, I saw he knew what he was doing in terms of quality. The weird thing started about 30 minutes into it, when he commented (I didn't ask him for any opinion or advice!) that I was definitely out of shape for my age, that I needed to cut carbs, exercise more, etc etc. I told him I was happy with my body but basically he shut me up saying that I could not know more than him what a good and hot body should look like. 
I let him finish the massage, he then somehow initiated mechanically the sensual part (it was sooo obvious he was going to do it as a forced "favor") but I was so NOT turned on by his attitude that even if he really looked very hot I stopped him, got off the table, got dressed, paid him, told him that he shouldn't be condescending with clients, and left.

After I moved to Minneapolis I began encountering some very peculiar masseurs. There was a guy who talked all the way the way through the massage about trouble he was having with his teenage daughter; there was a guy who began having a row with his boyfriend just as I arrived for the massage; there was one who, even though things had seemed fine on the phone when I made the appointment, refused to open the door when I arrived at his apartment. But probably the most peculiar was a middle aged masseur who had his table set up in the living room. He watched me - lasciviously, I thought - as I undressed. (He did not disrobe.) After I was facedown on the table and he began the massage, he asked, “Do you feel vulnerable right now?” Needless to say, I tensed up; and also tried to make a little joke about it. (Probably should’ve left right then.)
The massage actually was fairly decent, up until I turned over. He began stroking my legs (thighs particularly) less like a massage and more like caresses, and told me how special I was. I demurred, but he insisted that I knew I was very special, and then he started getting choked up. I was feeling that I needed to get the hell out of there; but he began crying. He blubbered, “You know you’re special,” and stopped massaging. I got off the table and started to dress. When I took some cash out of my pocket, he pushed it out of my hand and said he didn’t want my money. He was somewhere between weeping and becoming angry, so I quickly picked up the money from the floor, backed away to the door, and hurried out.
He still had on ad on Craigslist and another site for a couple of years after this. I wanted to somehow warn people about him, but it was before I was aware of this site, or perhaps it didn’t even exist then. Anyway, the experience made me wary about hiring again for quite a while. I’ve had some other “disagreeable” encounters, but the one with the angry weeper actually frightened me.

After reading through, I guess I’ve been fairly lucky in my hires! Haven’t experienced the particular craziness shown above, but I did have my own moment of “uh oh” with a provider.
First red flag was that his photos were clearly 15+ years out of date.  Over looked that issue, as the provider still looked decent and hit it off with easy conversation.  The uh oh came about mid way through, as he was massaging my quads and getting in to the hip flexors, he made a comment that “if I apply enough pressure right here, I could kill you and no one would know how you died.”  We both chuckled, and I chimed in that people don’t realize the power a massage therapist has over their client…thankfully it was only a 60 minute massage and we wrapped up quickly after that.
Needless to say, I never went back.  He pulled his ad a few days later and I’ve never seen it again.

I used to go to Disneyland once a month.  Throughout the day and the evening, Grindr and Growlr were full of headless profiles of Daddies wanting to get a blowjob while their kids and wife were at the pool or took a nap.  I blew so many Daddies in the stairwell of the Disneyland Grand Californian Hotel.

I took the plunge and am sad to report being disappointed and would not repeat or recommend. He’s a nice enough guy and the massage was erotic. But:
-that first photo is is not him. Which is weird bc he’s a good looking slender-muscly guy, but doesn’t have those abs. Nice body of his own just a bit different. 
-I arrived on time and he had me wait 5, then 10-12 minutes in the lobby before he was ready  which was fine, but I expected to get those 10 minutes added on to the end of the hour  but instead…
After the massage highlight he kicked back by himself on the bed and started scrolling through his phone  indicating that the massage was over - very abruptly. I laid there for a while expecting more massage but he kept engaging with his phone, ignoring me. And this was like 15 min before th hour. So a total of maybe 35 min of massage. I was only in his room for maybe 40-45 min for the 1 hr massage. And no wind down or after care. Zilch.
-technique was just ok. Non professional strokes that were a bit repetitive. Not that I have to have a perfect technical massage each time. But this was not it. 
we had some pleasant conversation to start and he wasn’t a creep or anything, just seemed pretty distracted and ended abruptly.   I paid the 180, No tip

I've had more than one massage where the masseur used a free pandora account.  So, every ten minutes or so, I got to listen to a Home Depot commercial.

I think you will like Allen Silver. He’s an old pro and I think you will find lots of good reviews about him here. Nice guy and totally sane.
