I am sorry you are going through this.  I have been in this same situation.  You are not alone.

I tend to think that not really. The reason for that is that at this point in the political environment where we are, people are just polarized, and what happens is being used to just reinforce what they have already chosen to believe, and act accordingly. So people who hire will continue hiring, people who judge and don't hire out of their beliefs of morality will continue reaffirming their preference in their beliefs and actions.
As a client, lately I have been watching what I spend, and that includes hiring, due to inflation. I believe that is a more influential factor that might or might not be related to the current political climate. All business are influenced by the overall economy, some for better, some for worse. Just my thoughts, not law.

This arrangement has worked well for me in the past.  We both get sleep, I cum and go.  
 
I had a regular pre Covid that I swear never slept.  One of those people that always have to have noise in the background, all night. 
 
I used to get a room that had an outside patio.  His friends would come over and good lord, they would yap all night long. 
 
I enjoy that sound in the background.  He would come take care of me, go back to yapping.

For me an overnight would be, meeting around 5-6 PM and them leaving after breakfast.  Depending on what they like the time would involve a nice steak house, maybe checking out a bar, the hotel fitness center and pool, some Netflix etc.   
I've gone out of my element a bit lately and tried both older providers and shorter dates.  Just not my cup of tea.  It's like the car wash, I want the super deluxe wash with extra carnuba.

We don’t know.  Are there some things you could work on? 

I’m respectfully serious.  I’m always working on myself, there is always room for improvement.  If he senses an issue, maybe he should address it?  He would be happier in the long run?
