Did not know that. Still if a physician does not prescribe it properly, he can be held responsible which was the main point in giving the vaccine after the age of 45.
-
Unless there has been some change in the recommendations,, this vaccine may be given to people up to age 45. Doctors offering it after that age are doing so off label. That is not unique but just because it if offered by a doctor does not mean it is FDA approved. As such, if there is a problem with the medication, the company will likely not be held libel while the admininstering physician will be.

Both of the Cathedral City houses abut a golf course and the surrounding area is a new development with well kept homes. As to the HOA fees mentioned, the fee of 140 per month includes three pools a series of basektball courts and a walking trail and dog park. Those facilities were nice but not the major attraction of the neighborhood. Please continue to comment as I have found these responses quite helpful in assuring that I have not missed an obvious problem.

I am back from Palm Springs. I saw about 20 houses. There are three I am considering. Only one has a HOA and the HOA fee is 140 per month in a gated Community in Palm Springs proper. The other two houses are in Cathedral City. Thanks to Art25 and BobPS as well as Socalguy and Robster for having a meal with me and giving me information about the area. Vin Marco also added a breath of fresh air and was able to heat up Palm Springs even more than it usually is. Now that I am back home, will get my house on the market and make some offers. Wish me luck and decision making ability.

Hey Danny. I look forward to seeing you soon

You can run from global warming but you cannot hide. I do not mind being in the house and plan to have a pool to be able to go out for a short bit even in the hottest of the season.

Three dogs. Not an option must love dogs. I have been looking in Palm Desert. Cathedral City Palm Springs. Do not want to get too far out of PS

This was the favorite Lou Monte in my house. I particularly like What did Washington say when he crossed the Delaware but Pepino is a classic.

July in Sicily may be too hot, September or May of 2025 if you are not already booked solid between now and then.
-
I might decide to move just to enjoy that trip. Just you me and the three bitches. Of course there will be music in the car and a diner or two on the way.

Whatever hotel you are opting out of your clothing is my favorite hotel. Booked at Inndulge in case I do not pull the trigger on the move west.

I certainly considered my heat tolerance in making a plan to move. I think I could better stand a season of high heat than a season of cold and snowy. With global climate change, one needs to consider consequences, such as Florida and NC getting blasted with two hurricanes. Pick your poison and enjoy the wine. Also, at my age, we are no longer considering decades of heat, just a month or so a year for a few, or perhaps several years. And there is no reason to stay in the heat, a nice Alaskan holiday in July with a hot man might be all the cooling and heating I need.

I will be in Palm Springs next week, looking at houses and trying to finalize a move there. If anyone is a resident of Palm Spring or visiting Palm Springs next week, give me a buzz. Perhaps we can have a meal or if you are a resident, perhaps you can advise me about properties. I look forward to seeing some of you there as a visitor this time and resident in April.

Believe it or not, I got some photos from Vin yesterday and he is actually looking better. To me it seems impossible but for him it is another day at the office.

As I am an old geezer, it seems to me the old way is the best way. Meet someone, find you have something in common, as them out, then fuck your brains out and see where it goes.

So it is the statistics you find compelling not the game?

Can you fully appreciate Harrison Bader's ass on a computer print out of the game? How about Giancarlo Stanton's physique in the tight Yankee uniform. The smooth movements of an outfielder picking up a ball on the fly after it bounces off the wall and throwing out a runner try to make it into second? How about the sexy lumberjack grimace of Harper of the Phils as he is called out on a close pitch. There is more to the game than the plays, the elegance of the players and the unexpected turns are more fully appreciated in person rather than as words on a screen. I have followed games on line at CBSsports.com. It is like reading the cliff notes of a great novel. You get the basic story and someone else's analysis of the action, but it lacks the texture and the drama of watching in person. Not every play goes that way, just as every page is not worth rereading or mulling over, but the fabric of the story and the fabric of the game can never be fully told in a recap or a play by play on line. Radio announcers can do it to a great extent but their interpretation is colored and designed to have the action be more than it is to hold your attention. Now that games have been sped up by the pitch clock, they are much more easily watched without long lulls in the action. As for being at the game, there are plusses and minuses The food and the crowd's excetement are sometimes mitigated by the drink next to you and the traffic getting out of the staidum. Still, I have been to one World Series game, Mets Royals, which the Mets won, and it was a great evening of entertainment. Regular season games are a fun night out.

Do you know of former tops who became bottoms?

I am surprised that no one has come forward with the answer: Any top I have ever been with. -
If you think you do not like watching baseball anymore and you once did, watch a few Mets games. They are frustarting but you never know what is going to happen. They win games they should lose, they lose games they should win. They dont hit for 8 innings and then score 6 runs. The get 16 hits and score one run. They have excellent fielders, but make stupid errors that a little leaguer would not make. Thye have had two heart stopping games this week and a game one in which they suddenly exploded for 8 runs in two innings and did not get a hit in any other inning.

For those confused. Gay men don't bi into it is a play on buying into something and gay men do not. Straight men acknowledge their acceptance by asking to get blown. I hope that unconfuses you.
-
I think you are making a Royal mistake with KC. They were under 500 if not for 12 wins against the White Sox. Tigers also took advantage of the Sox being in their division. The Twins were just so bad that even the Sox could not get them to the playoffs. Yankees on paper are the best team in the AL and Dodgers and Phils in the NL. With that said, I like San Diego beating the Mets for the pennant and the Guardians losing to the Yankees. Hate to say it as a Met fan of more than 50 years, but I think the Padres win the World Series 4 to 2 with Soto and Judge hitting homers in only two games and the pitching staff of the Yankees folding.

I agree that gay men don't bi into it. Straight men on the other had usually ask for a blow job.
