2019 Palm Springs Weekend!

I think there will be plenty around depending on your needs or you can always arrange someone to come in from LA for an extended playtime.

If you want to bring someone with you, then by all means start early. If however, you are planning on meeting men who have also come to the parties, you will get a much better idea of who will actually be attending in the 4 to 6 weeks before the April parties.

This last time, I arranged for an overnight with an escort who might not otherwise have come to Palm Springs. I did this well in advance and though there were a few bumps in the road to the meeting, in the end, it worked out well. I also had two other partners with whom I arranged shorter sessions in the weeks before. These worked out well. There was also one meeting which did not work out and one other meeting which occurred as a result of my spying him near the pool and making arrangements for the next day.

Hopefully there will be a separate topic started regarding working guys who plan to attend or be present at (maybe be brought by one guy but if contacted will stay if they have a reason). There was one started last year and I am not sure how well it worked but I thought it was a good idea. Guys could be contacted beforehand and appointments could be made. So hopefully we can do it prior to the 2019 weekend. I am not sure when guys have a fairly good idea when they will attend but maybe the topic could be started in January and people can add their names as they finalize their plans.

The Palm Springs Event for this site is usually in April. There are plenty of members here who live in the area and there are a lot of gay events there, so I have no doubt you will find plenty to do no matter when you go.

I suggest that you check out Palm Springs hotels on tripadvisor. Filter the selection through viewers choices. The main site lists gay facilities as well as non-gay ones. I would check out the one that interested me and then start contacting them by phone or through their websites. THE SOONER THE BETTER.

I think I made two reservations at Canyon Club just as I was leaving. Just left the deposit. It was their usual rate. If I did, and if you are interested I will check, then you may have the second one if that helps.

Canyon Club still has rooms starting at $89 available for that weekend. Just sayin'.

Stay three nights, and your fourth night is free! That's what Wayne and I are doing.

There is a mixture of working guys and clients, some of which are paired off, but some just come for the chance to meet each other. If you search this site for threads about the Palm Springs weekend you will find several of them covering previous years.

 

It`s a great weekend, friends, fellowship and intimate relationships all rolled into a few days. You can be as sexual or as social as you like, or not, it`s just great fun with a twist.

There really is only one PLANNED meal meeting. And as you note the pool-deviled egg party. If you read this thread and search for others they will describe both the activities and in some cases a few of the resorts that guys often stay at. Of course, you can stay anywhere you like. Guys tend to stay at a few because it tends to foster camaraderie. As mentioned, some of the working guys come in the company of someone at the Weekend, some come for an evening or two and then are available to others who attend, and then others come to mix and meet. You can always approach and see if they might be available even tho that was not their first intention. There has been an attempt in previous years to get a thread going where the working guys would announce whether they will be available to make the whole process easier.
