As suggested, I presume these elite guys, if it even happens, are only introduced through personal referrals from trusted clients or providers. No ads, no website, no trail at all.

Logically, if you think about it, you need

1. People who have hired them before to know that you have enough money to pay the elite escorts.

2. These same people to happen to know that you are looking for such escorts.

3. These same people to trust you with a secret about this whole business, and also to like you enough to have a reason to introduce you into the circle.

 

So it relies on being “visible” and friendly to other rich people that likely have hired in the past, and on a bit of luck, because I assume just being rich is not a guarantee to have such connections.

Then once they are in and at the parties the other gazillionaire gays get them. But if you're looking for a one-off with them and are not of the means to hire regularly they probably aren't interested you as a client. Exactly. One of the men who he hired was not an escort at the time. A "scout" spotted him in NYC and and after an offer was extended, he was flown out to California. Later he became an escort. The man was movie star handsome and that is why the "scout" picked him.

I know of no movie star or model who is any more attractive than some exceptionally good-looking regular gym-fit guys available for hire.
