I'd be more cautious than most of the other posters, for these reasons: I like roleplaying, and if there is no common language, it is very unlikely that the non-English-speaking partner is going to understand the roles and be able to give and take cues during the roleplaying. No offense to @mike carey - but I've met a few Australian escorts that I had trouble understanding. It wasn't as if their 'accents' were particularly thick. I think it was due mainly to me having a slight hearing loss and the different emphasis of Australian speech. What I mean by the last is, I think some Australians speak a bit more 'musically' than we Americans do-think of the 'lilt' in the voice of someone from Ireland or even some parts of Canada.
