Sure I would and have done so in the past. No big deal to me, if people ask I just say that I saw a friend - have even run in to co-workers in the hallway while bringing an escort up from the lobby.

While it can feel a bit uncomfortable, you get used to it.:+

axe, what's the saying, "Never mix sex with work." In other words, you'd have to be a little crazy to have an escort come up to your door, while your co-worker or boss opens their door or walks down the hall to their room, while you open you door and say to the stud, "Come on in."

Don't even think of it. Here's what to do, axe. A couple days before the trip, get a gay magazine or one of those little gay soft cover suck and fuck books, don't look at it, pack them in you travel bag, and then, that night your in a room next to your co-worker on one side and your boss in another room, pull the magazine out at the same time you pull your dick out and jerk off. That's what I would do, and I'd do it quietly. To spice it up, get some Wet and use it while you read and turn the pages. Good luck. Glad you asked. If you cannot refrain from hiring an escort that evening, let us know how the new job is going.

You might consider renting a second room, away from your boss. Tell the hotel it is for a friend who is arriving later. I would cost some more, but may be better than the alternatives.

Why rent a second room? Just change rooms a few mintues after you take possession. Make up some reason why the room is unacceptable... or create one. The front desk will be happy to move you. I don't think contiguous rooming on travel is a usual condition of employment.

I don't believe that having an escort come to your door is going to be a traumatic experience for your boss or co-workers. That is unless they are nosy and spend every moment at the peep hole.

As far as what is done after the few seconts in which he is knocking, I think most clients would be safe, if they're not moaners! LOL

Even then you never know your boss might just want the same thing you do.

I have hired escorts twice while co-workers were in the same hotel, once in Atlanta and once in St Louis. I also had made my Escort dates before I arrived in each city. I've never had a co-workers room close to mine and they were actually on different floors. My biggest problem has been in making excuses not to go to dinner or a bar with them because I have "company" Cumming. And my co-workers do not know I am gay.

I agree with KY TOP and it is easy to "get away" from the boss and other workers. Sometimes you do have to go out with the clients or fellow workers but must escorts will see you almost anytime as long as it is not past midnight and some have no time limitations. If there is no business dinner I always arrange before we leave on the trip with my traveling companions that I have relatives in that particular city and that they are expecting me for dinner and that always works. Moving later if you get suck next to someone you know is a very good idea, I'll have to remember that one, hehe! All this kinda adds to the excitement of the appiontment knowing your having some fun on company time!}(

I agree with jack. Aren't there just some times when the priorities preclude hiring an escort? I think it is silly to make up some excuse to change rooms just so your boss won't know you are getting a blow job from a guy!

Posted

I agree with Jack and Lucky.

Even with a change of rooms/floors, what happenes should you meet co-workers in hallways with your trick?? There should be a separation from work and play, for it could be 'used against' you later. (Call me paranoid)

If you want to go boink a rentboy while on the company time, find someone that does IN calls, or go to a sauna with private rooms.

I would never bring an escort to a hotel room that the company was paying for while on company business. Unless the escort is obviously noticeable as such, it would probably be safe, but why take the chance as prostitution is illegal and engaging in illegal acts are fireable offenses. Even though you'd be paying for the escort, the company is paying for the room so you could get into some big problems if discovered, even if there were no coworkers or bosses on the trip with you. If the business is concluding on a Friday, most companies would let you cover the additional cost of plane fare and accomodations if you want to stay an extra day, so why not do that? Above all else, if caught don't go screaming "discrimination" as the rules apply to everyone including str8s. :)

Since well-known international lawyer "axebahia" only stays at hotels like the Plaza Athenée and the George V, and engages only the highest price escorts (whom he tips 300% if he's abroad) I always assumed he didn't have co-workers or bosses.

I also assumed that his high-priced escorts would be perfectly presentable, were anyone he knows to meet him in the hallway. After all, he wines and dines his escorts only at three-star establishments, so presumably they know how to dress and behave in public. At the prices charged by the P.-A. and the George V, I would expect flawless soundproofing, but if "axebahia" and his partners aren't capable of having sex quietly, a room that isn't next to his boss or co-worker would be sensible. He might consider renting a little private château somewhere outside Paris, for example, just for the two of them. Since he bills at $500/hr. that should be well within the range of his pocketbook. Of course, an international lawyer of "axebahia"s caliber should be able to think up a story on the spot to cover for his absence from the hotel. So what's the problem? }(

I'm curious to know if any escorts are *actually* aware of any clients who have encountered problems while hiring on business. I honestly don't think it's a problem.

So escorts, have you ever been caught by a boss or co-worker? Have your clients ever experienced problems? Have you ever had problems with the hotel staff while visiting a client?

I'm willing to bet that there won't be one incidence where someone has encountered a problem. ;-)

Intriquing questions, but an escort may not be aware of what has transpired after he has left the scene. I doubt that anyone's boss or coworker is going to incite an incident while the escort is still present, but will pursue the matter further upon returning to the company home base. Unless the escort is a long time relation, I doubt that the client is going to tell the escort what happened afterwards.

To expound on the basic questions, how about those escorts who have a full time job with a company, but escort when on the road on company business? It seems that these guys would be risking even more doing this and it would be interesting to get their feedback, if any post here.

Actually I see nothing wrong with hiring an escort when traveling with co-workers ( I have never traveled with a boss although did attend a meeting in a bosses home town many years ago and have him ask to share my Hotel bed, since he was too drunk to drive home -- at the time I felt uncomforatble, but didn't give it much thought--now I wonder }( But I digress :)

When I travel with a co-worker or another attorney on the same case, and there is even a reason to have the same hotel, I always figure some way to find out his/her room # and make sure I get a different floor -- then my comings and goings are relatively private ;) Usually, I will just get a different hotel altogether--a lot easier.

A few years ago I was visiting a NY client and had scheduled a date with Rick Munroe. My department head decided to join me since he had an early meeting at the same client the day after me--He just had to leave home a few hours earlier in order to join my presentation. I asked Rick if we could reschedule until the 2nd night of our visit, since my boss had invited me out to dinner along with his daughter at NYU. I told the boss that I, unfortunately, already had plans with an "old" friend and spent a great evening with the Munroe Monument!

(Besides, the trendy hotel was so noisy what with clanging elevators and noisy garbage trucks that I don't think anyone could have heard anything if they'd been in the room with us.)

I also made a trip down the street to the Gaity and didn't really think twice about it. Of course my boss knows I'm gay and single and doesn't give a big flip about it. (Once, when my lesbian assistant's backpack was snatched from her cube by an intruder, he made a point of telling her partner that he was sorry that it had happened!)

I always hire escorts when traveling. I travel alot with co-workers and it has never been a problem.

I start before we leave saying I contacted a loong time friend and we plan on meeting some night for coffee or dinner. I lay the groundwork ahead of time and once the time is set, I let it be known in conversation.

Depending on the escort, I have even used they are my cousin. ( hard to do if they are latino or African Americam...<g>)

I once had an employee right across the hall...she never questioned anything.

Let's change the question just a bit -- what if you were sharing a room with your co-worker. The obvious answer is hell no but that is exactly what a client of mine did. I met him in the hotel bar and we had a drink. He watched the lobby and saw his room mate head to the gym. We took our drinks and went up to the room. I didn't know about this arrangement until the very end when the client asked me to get dressed. We returned to the bar for an "after-drink" and about 15 minutes later the client pointed out his co-worker as he returned from the gym. Oh yeah, the gym was inside the hotel.

I spent 25 years working in the internationnal field and travelled extensively overseas, at least 10 times every year, for periods of up to 6 weeks. I ALWAYS took the position that the company was paying for my services from 9 to 5, just like at the home office. Sure, if there was the need to do business entertainment, such as a cocktail or a dinner, then I was always up for it and never minded.( I did HATE breakfast meetings but that's another matter).

But when it came to evening entertainment, on my own, I felt it was my perogative to do what I might do at home, after all, I was not a slave to my job, I did it well, and to HELL with what others might think!

I often travelled with colleagues, and only once do I recall the situation where I had my boss in the next room when I was entertaining an escort in mine. As I had been in his room earlier in the evening, I was amused that our heads were mere inches apart as I was having the TIME of my life, getting plowed by this hunk. (P.S. I did manage to stifle my moans, even though I thought the soundproofing in our 5 Star hotel was probably pretty good). }(

Now that's pushing it. I generally hire when traveling, and its usually on business. That being said I am often staying over a Saturday night to get the cheaper airfare so I consider what happens on the weekend no one's business but mine. I hired once when traveling with a co-worker, who was in the next room; it was an escort I had seen many times before. I anticipated no problems, and had none.

For years I've hired while traveling on company business. There are usually several of us that travel together and we've established a pattern (i.e., fly, get hotel, go to dinner, don't see each other until breakfast). Most hotels usually *don't* put co-workers in rooms next to each other. In fact, I've never known the room numbers of my co-workers in the past year.

Hiring under these conditions has never been a problem. But, when staying at a smaller hotel where the escort might be seen, I usually don't hire unless I'm staying the weekend after co-workers leave.

On two different projects I've also shared a two-bedroom apartment with co-workers. In those instances I've only hired when the roommate was out of town for a few days.

The only time the apartment became a problem was in the Detroit area. The apartment included weekly maid service and my roommate and I were both clean, unclutered people. The first time I hired one escort he was sure I was a cop because the apartment didn't look "lived in". He was very nervous, checked the rooms, made sure the front door was locked, and waited for me to make the first move. He wouldn't even touch me until after I fished his cock out of his jeans and started in with a blow job. (I think that convinced him!!) :9

I totally agree with the previous posts that the company only controls me during working hours. When I'm not on the clock, what I do is my business. Remember, they only HIRED me -- they didn't BUY me. :+

I very much agree. What am I supposed to do after the day ends in a strange town...Watch TV? Does that mean because the company is paying for the trip I should also not go out to a bar or nice restaurant? Hey when my business day is over its my time to play...and play I do!

A friend of mine does that. His job has him on the road 6 months out of the year, and he escorts in every city he visits.

He's careful not to use pictures that use his face, even though he's aware (because I've told him) that it will limit his client base. He still does fine.

He's in a bit of an odd situation, though. He wouldn't mind a bit if he DID get fired. He's in the job for the resume boost and to get some experience under his belt. (No pun intended.)

>So escorts, have you ever been caught by a boss or co-worker? Have your clients ever experienced problems? Have you ever had problems with the hotel staff while visiting a client?

I've never been caught by a boss or coworker. Never heard of a client that had problems. Before going into semi retirement about 75% of my business were guys traveling on business.

I have had a couple of instances where I was stopped at the front desk while on my way to a clients room. Each time it was the smaller "mom and pop" businesses that saw everyone when they checked in. They asked me where I was going and I gave them the room number. Said I was from the rental car company and delivering a set of replacement keys.

One desk clerk did ask me for the client's name so they could confirm my story. I smiled sweetly and said my company wouldn't allow me to disclose that info any more than they (the hotel) would give me the client's name. They did call the client's room and asked if he were expecting someone to deliver a set of keys. This client was sharp and confirmed he was expecting me and but would meet me in the lobby. Upon his arrival he thanked me for coming and suggested we go "unlock his car and look for the keys".

Of course, neither of us dared to try and go back to that room together. We went down the street to a cheap motel where I knew the owner.

Since that experience, I tried to warn my clients to stay away from the smaller places with the "curious" desk clerks. In the large city hotels where you need your hotel card key to access elevators, I've always met my clients in the lobby or a nearby bar.

Posted

I'd say about a third to a half of my appointments were in hotels, and I always assumed the need to keep a low profile for what could be a number of reasons ranging from the nature of the stay to just getting through the lobby to the elevator. I'd dress decently and sometimes even bring my things in a briefcase. Never once did I get stopped by the desk, even when they had to ring the guest to let him know I was there.

In fact, the more hotels I went to, the more I figured the hotels knew exactly what I was there for (this is San Francisco, after all). I still remember going to one very trendy, fancy hotel for the first time and stumbling around trying to find the elevator. One of the staff saw me and just pointed to the elevator with a knowing smile. Hmm, must happen all the time!

I think if you're on business and concerned about discretion, tell the escort your concerns ahead of time. It's not unusual to get requests for what to wear, whether it be boxer shorts vs. a jockstrap, or a request to wear presentable clothes because of where he's staying or because he's never done something like that (or hell, just say you're turned on by suits!). It's not too much to ask, and if the escort objects or just doesn't seem to get it, find someone else. Escorts who refer to being "discreet" in their ad would probably understand. For that matter, I think it's OK to tell them you're with your business associates too. Trust me, it's not that unusual. You're footing the bill -- you should be able to call the shots as you choose!

Would you ever hire an escort for an outcall at your hotel when travelling if you had a co-worker or boss in the room next door? Would it matter to you if it were your boss or another co-worker next door? Would your answer be different if you were or were not "out" to your colleagues?
