Fitness hack: reach your step goals daily by doing this one thing - forget something.

Always be so hurried and rushed that you inevitably forget your phone, your wallet, your toddler…anything that will make you have to double back, thereby increasing your step count with ease!

PS. I remember so many times my dad (from his recliner) saying to me (lying on the couch or the floor), "While you're up, change that to channel 13." Also, Mom would be in her bed watching TV and when she heard one of us walking down the hall toward the bathroom she'd say, "Hey, come in here and change the channel for me please."
