Provider Desert

What does one do if one lives in a provider desert, or a place with not the best selection and/or choices, and traveling is not an option?

Not to be trite, nor am I trying to be flip or fresh, but one makes do. Or one waits until a provider that one likes visits your area. It helps if you have friends or acquaintances who also hire as they might be able to refer you to men who do not post on RM or RMass. (I had a friend who was a wiz at procuring providers and he regularly sent these guys my way. Alas, he moved.) I’m curious as to what others have to say.

@SecretProvider makes a good point. Get a provider to travel to you and book an overnight. That could work.

Just pick a city where you like the selection of escorts and take a little vacation there and enjoy yourself.

I live in a quasi provider desert as well. I've always had to travel to providers and host from hotel rooms. I'd never thought about inviting one to travel to me for an overnight. Sounds like something I should consider. Keep in mind they'll want usual overnight rate + travel costs. One thing I've recently learned is to find forum members who contribute content you find valuable and ask if they have any recommendations/referrals.

I’m a fan of overnights but, I would first ensure compatibility. One of my sponsors years ago, first came to my city for vacation and to see me for a couple hours. After that I would go to his area for overnights. 
 

Sometimes instead of an overnight, you can start off with a couple hours and perhaps provide a hotel room for the guy. I did that in one city couple months ago. I went there, client had hotel ready, reserved a couple hours and then he went home and let me keep the room for the night (And being he procured the room, I didn’t need to bring other clients to “make back” hotel money).
