86 year old with no immediate family dies from injuries sustained in a fall in the course of his customary summer sojourn in Maine, less than a year after making his sixty year old one-time rentboy friend a JTWROS on residential properties in Maine and Florida valued at $1M+. That three of the friend's prior "dads" deceased after falls is, I am certain, merely "coincidental"...for an aging gay man, loneliness complimented by the need for attentiveness can prove a deadly trap; be careful out there, my friends.

You would think the FBI or similar would investigate this.  Three of the friend's dads died in a similar manner?  Do we know who this 'friend' is?

Apparently, there is a carefully considered time frame, usually five years between "dads", and a cross country "bump", east coast > west coast >east coast,  with him to avoid suspicion; and, all three "dads" were mature men, two  with chronic health problems and two , in their eighties, of advanced age; too, the money from a deceased "dad" usually begins to run out in five years as he has an expensive lifestyle complimented by exotic cars, Brioni clothing, golfing and gambling. It was only when a dialogue was opened between the children of Dad #1 and Dad #3 through the auspices of a third party, a close friend and business associate of Dad #1, that a modus operandi or pattern of behaviour was suggested in the scheme of things; as for myself, I consider his behaviour to be "business plan"  to exploit, astutely, his assets of physical beauty, personal charm and sexual prowess. I have no doubt these men knew that which he had to offer; however, I rather doubt they were fully apprised as to that which they were getting, but, then again, the caveat of "buyer beware" applies in such relationships of mutual explotation by bilateral consent..
