It's definitely confusing. But the link you @azdr0710 shared above is actually the (apparently former) boyfriend once known as MaiconMax.

When I see a potential client that gives me weird vibes I quote him higher.  I also once had this man hiring me who was too demanding--almost in a rude way. He contacted me again and I quoted him higher in purpose. Higher rates turn away sketchy clients. The cheaper the client is, the worst.
